Title: trick to give dwaven civs acess to metal by default

it's a bit silly that dwarven civs often don't have access to any iron, so add this to either reaction_other or reaction_smelter txt

note that goblins don't have bronze and steel reactions, so if they don't have access to iron they're even more screwed then you. be a nice guy and add those tags to goblins too

...right? Which I presume goes in entity_default.txt, to save other people the bother of searching. Good tip :D
