Being a huge Zombie Movie/Games fan, im going to start my own Zombie RTD. Most zombie RTD's you play as the Survivors, but that gets a bit boring after the X amount of those kind of Rtd's. So in this one you play as the zombie, shambling in hordes, hunting down humans, and most importantly eating BRAINS! Also bear with me since this is my first RTD.
I will accept 6 players to start.
Background
The Year is 2014, a years after the events that led up to the end of the world where humans constantly live in fear...
It all started when a mysterious corporation called Ahnkecorp moved its headquarters into Borewood in 2010. No one knew much about them, or even heard of them but they provided good paying jobs to the large amount of unemployed in the area. Most people began to trust them, that was until a year later.
Around the start of 2011 the corporation claimed that Eco-Terrorists breached the security and destroyed a large amount of research equipment and valuable test data. Most people believed them, that was until people around the area starting getting sick, coughing, vomiting, and an extremely high fever.
It took about a week for the first death from the disease to be reported, Ahnkecorp denied any involvement. As the death toll rose the military surrounded the area and quarantined it. Shortly after a rumor was spread around that the dead were rising from their graves attacking the living. Most people dismissed this until hordes of the undead started roaming the streets craving for human flesh...
Rules
This will go by a simple rtd rules.
[1] Complete and utter Failure, you totally mess it up.
[2] You Fail your task.
[3] Nothing happens, no real progress.
[4] You succeed the task, nothing special happens.
[5] You succeed, in fact you do so good something special may happen.
[6] You succeed, you do extremely good overshooting your task.
Character Creation
Forum Name-
Appearance- Can be a simple or elaborate appearence, whatever floats your boat.
Mutation- See the details in the spoiler.
Mutations
The Disease that created the zombies constantly changes, creating new breeds of zombies.
(Only two people are allowed to have the same mutation.)
Jumper- Zombies that have had their arm and leg muscles mutated, they use this mutation to get to places faster and to catch prey. (+1 to running rolls.)
Brute- Zombies that have had their strength insanely mutated by the disease, they have enlarged muscles and are able to easily pummel puny human skulls. (+1 to Physical Combat Rolls.)
Crawler- Zombies that have had their climbing abilities severely mutated by the disease, they have fragile bodies but are able to easily climb large buildings. (+1 to Climb Rolls.)
Impersonater- An odd mutation of the zombies where the host is less affected by Rigor Mortis then other zombies, they are able to fool some humans as long as they don't talk. (Can Roll to Fool Humans. -1 to Combat Rolls.)
Lurker- Zombies that have had their sneak skills increased by the infection, they are able to easily hide in the shadows while waiting for prey. (+1 to sneak rolls.)
Also remember that the infection is spread by bites and sometimes contact with the blood.

ROUND 0- The Quest for BRAINS!
You slowly open your eyes and are immediately blinded by a bright light. You look around and notice you are strapped to an operating table. Loudly moaning you attempt to break the straps but to no avail.
You slowly move your head to get a better look of the room and see 5 other corpse like figures strapped to operation tables similar to yours. Suddenly you hear a loud screeching sound, the source of the sound is not clear but its not coming from the room. The loud sound continues until you hear a voice, "Yes! The experiment has finally suceeded! Greetings test subjects, you may notice that you are in fact undead.".
You let out a savage roar upon hearing that, the voice returns saying "Ah yes but you may have noticed that you are not an average mindless zombie, you are the results of my brilliant experiment to build a more intelligent zombie.".
You suddenly feel calmer, and more inclined to listen to the voice. "You six will listen to me and do my bidding, you may call me the Zombie Master or the ZM.". The Voice continues talking "You are the next generation of zombies, and you will prove to be very usefull.", suddenly the straps loosen and you are able to get off the table.
The ZM continues to speak "Your first task will be dealing with a small group of pathetic humans who are hiding in a Police Department near here, this is of course un-acceptable to have humans so close to my test lab, and while performing this task you will not run, or refuse to do it or you will be terminated.", the doors to the room open and you move with your group to the exit.
As you exit the building the ZM's voice returns "Now these pesky little humans are in the Police Department north of here, you will notice it by the group of zombies laying siege to it.".
You look around and see you are outside a ruined hospital with boarded up windows, to the North is your objective...

I'll head out of the room and take a look around the place, god this hunger is unbearable.
You decide to leave the room, until you realize you are outside the room![3] You look around but your eyes are suddenly blinding by the sun preventing you from seeing your surroundings. Slowly walking forward you make your way North with the rest of the group.

[2] You start looking for a weapon of some sort, preferabely a sword. You rummage around in some debris nearby, you shift through the pile until you feel a sharp pain in your hand. You pull your hand out, seems you cut your hand on something in that pile! Loudly moaning you head North. (-1 to your next roll if it involves using your hands.)

"Uhhhrrurhhrrhhh GHhha... Kreaaahhgg." The lumbering monstrosity seems to be trying to speak, but between his musclebound tongue and his incredibly buff cheeks he is unable to make anything even remotely intelligible. He moves with the rest of the group. Looking for anything heavy that could be used as a crushing weapon.
[6] You start looking around for a heavy item to crush puny humans with, you spot a large metal pole sticking out of the ground. Using your inhuman strength your rip it out of the ground, you now have a heavy metal pole.
You shamble along North with the rest of the group.

I get up and look around for anything I can use as a weapon. I'm too small a guy to be going after anyone with my bare hands - a knife would be preferable. Perhaps there's a scalpel.
[5] You look around for a sharp weapon, you see an overturned Ambulance and search inside it. After a minute of searching you spot a Sharp Scapel, you pick it up. You have gained a Scapel. You begin to jump roof to roof to get to the PD.

[6] Listening to the ZM you begin to run north towards the Police Department, on the way there you find a dead body. You begin to search the body and you find two useful items, a Baseball bat and Sunglasses. You continue to head North towards the PD.

[1] You begin to plan how you'll eventually kill the ZM, you hear the ZM saying "I can hear your thoughts idiot!" an immense shock goes through your body and you fall to the ground. You slowly get back up as you hear the ZM say "Maybe that'll teach you.". You walk north with the group.(-1 to your next two rolls.)

[6] You stumble around rubbing your eyes, although your blind for the moment you use your superior sense of smell to find your way, you then start to head towards the PD. After a few minutes of walking you smell something, could it be? Yes, it is! You find before you a human body that is recently deceased, lunch time. That lumbering abomination walks up to you an offers to carry you there, you promptly reply by loudly hissing at him. You arrive at the PD with the others and your eyes have adjusted to the light. (+1 to your next roll.)

[5-1=4] Clutching your injured hand you look around for a weapon, you decide to look in some nearby debris. Your more careful than last time so you don't injure anything, after a minute of searching you find a wooden plank. Not exactely what you were looking for but good enough. You head North, and you arrive at the PD.
Draignean
The massive zombie continues to lumber north, musing to itself as it walks. "Graghnah Hirhgah Nash Nassshh. Zrmbah mrhstah nar hrgerhas."
(Translation: I could really use a power bar about now... This Zombie Master fellow really didn't prepare us to do his bidding very well.)
[4] You offer the Blinded fellow a lift, he replies by hissing at you, how rude. You head North with the rest of the group towards the PD, you arrive there with the group.

"No time for little fights damnit" Continue north
[3] Seeing the two zombies arguing you say "No time for little fights damnit" but it comes out as "Graghhhhh Zrmb Grahh.". Seems the meaning was lost on them, you head north and arrive at the PD.

I head for the roof of the police department. Maybe I can find a vent and sneak in.
[1] You climb up onto a building to get a better look at the PD without you alerting any harmanz. Examining the building you don't notice any structual weaknesses so you decide to wait for the rest of the group. Right when your about to climb back down you hear a loud gunshot and feel something fly past your head, stunned you fall backwards off the roof. Luckily for you a pile of garbage breaks your fall but you still sustain injuries to your leg, you also notice that your group has arrived here with you. (-1 to your next roll if it involves using your legs.)

[4] You take a running jump off the building your on and land on the roof of the PD. You begin to look around for an entrance and notice a small unboarded hole leading down into darkness, you can faintly hear breathing.

[5+1=6] You stick to the shadows and sneak up to the side of the PD, you spot a small hole in one of the barricades and sneak through. Your eyes quickly adjust to the light and you spot a harman with his back turned to you, you sneak up behind him and you smash the side of his head with your wooden plank.

I get up and look around for an entrance into the basement, like an unlocked window.
[6-1=5] You walk with a slight limp to the back of the PD. Looking around for an entrance you notice a small window leading into the basement, you look through and see its pitch black in there. You smash the window and clumsily crawl inside.

"barricades, BARRICADES! OUR ENEMIES HIDE BEHIND HORRIBLE PILES OF METAL LIKE COWARDS, THE FOOLS......maybe..maybe....we shall take away their barricades"
Bash the barricades/doors/whatever down
[3] You run up to the main entrance to the building, you see that this is the entrance the mob of zombies are assaulting. You push your way through them and try to bash away a section of wooden planks, but one of the harmanz notices you and hits you back with the end of his rifle. You stumble backwards back into the mob of zombies.

"Gardagu rah narh Jorkgna Urgtue, rakarag graog yrriig? Gragharim Jharg Nagharda! Heft my metal pole and attempt shatter the barricades with shear brute force, if nothing else it should distract everyone in the building while the sneakier ones get in.
(Translation: Brothers and sisters of the pale forest, children of night, who among you will run with the hunt? For Glory and tasty brains!)
[3] You scream a battle cry and run to the barricades. Wielding your metal pole you smash a section of the barricades, but you hit a heavy object and you don't do any damage to the defenses.

Continue smashing the barricades, reciting Mortality by william Knox in zombese all the while.
[4] You take your metal pole and continue to smash at the barricades while reciting a poem by William Knox, "O why should the spirit of mortal be proud!" well it actually sounded more like "Grahh zarrr graghhh zargh braaaghhhh!". You hear a loud clank and a large part of the barricades falls over, but the harmanz quickly push a battered vending machine to replace it. The barricades are much weaker though.

Use all my senses to explore the room I am in, use my superior sneaking skills to avoid detection.
[2+1=3] Using your superior sense you explore the room you are in, you don't notice much except its dark and there isn't alot of room. You hear footsteps and a voice saying "Hold on guys i'll grab the extra ammo from the closet!". Sounds like he's heading your way.

[5] Your stomach rumbles and you realize you are starving. You begin to look around for some precious Vitamin B, also known as Harman Brainz! Luckily you find a recently deceased harman, you crack open the skull and get to work. [+1 to next roll]

[1] You swoop into the hole looking for a harman to kidnap but you fly into a wall. You hit your head and make a loud sound, you hear footsteps and yelling heading your way.[-1 to Next roll]
