Anyway, what kind of RTD will it be?
I don't know I'm stuck between,
Contemporary, with magic.
And Fantasy, with magic.
I know, stunning difference there. Both based off short stories I wrote.

In the beginning they begin.
The middle is in the shape of itself.
In the end, they end.
The world has become ever so slightly out of balance, the Eight Great Gods number seven. The Goddess of Peace has been slain, and her form taken by the Void. Peace has been lost.
Of course that more then two decades before the story begins, the world moves on, a top running low on momentum, dipping and veering wildly. You are one among thousands, one person in a world of sorcerers, hosts of minor gods, insane half-men, animated cities of the dead, magical thieves, and a thousand thousand other entities, divine and demonic, malicious and benign.
Your task? Well, that's mostly up to you. Well you and the Gods. The 'main' character though will have a drive though to run along with the story.
It's the world as we know it, life goes on. People live and die, and Mages, sorcerers, Demons, devils, Angels, and emissaries do it a bit more slowly.
You are a Mage, the blood of the Dragon God Tiamat flows through your veins. She may have been kill several thousand years ago by Marduk, but you are one still one of the blood. You are magical, you are strong, you are effectively an emissary (Like an Angel) of a dead Elder God. You have one exceptional talent that you are born with, less a magical ability and more of an extension of your personality. One mage may be able to Amplify kinetic energy, the next can make effigy of an object into the real deal for a little while, still another can see the past of an object without effort. You have some general magical talent too, but in terms of generalism a sorcerer would mop the floor with you. For the most part you try and live like a person, and when bad bad things need a bop in the face, you're one of the people there to knock some teeth out.
Or your not a mage, maybe you're a sorcerer, or a ritualist, or any other of the small but tough group of mortals who don't like being fucked with.
