Tell any story you want about any of your liberals, as long as they end up scarred for life, both physically and emotionally.
I once had a guy who did nothing but do liberal activism, he was my only guy, after a few months of non stop liberal stuff, some roughnecks attacked him ( there was nothing I could do, it wasn't an arrest screen, it was more like just a random event ) and they broke the poor man's spine. He couldn't walk, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that he got a wheelchair. I immediately named the guy Professor X.
Also, as a side note, post the actual in-game effects, such as say, the loss of legs.

One of my commanders lost one of her eyes from a headshot wound from a highly skilled individual. She was lucky to live. Eventually, after I died from old age, she and one more person lead the LCS to victory.

In any case, being paralyzed will reduce your agility, strength and health to very low (always 1, it seems, if it's neck or upper spine injury).
Lost legs will cause what I think is a bitshift loss in agility. Lose one leg, it's a bitshift of one - lose both, it's a bitshift of two. If this is correct, a person with AGI of 17 (10001) would be reduced to 8 when losing one leg (1000) and to 4 when losing both (100). Seems odd, that bitshift there - I wonder if I'm interpreting this right.
Charisma is lost with face disfigurements: losing teeth may lose you 1-3 points (depending on the amount lost, 3 only when you have no teeth at all), each eye loses two points and tongue and nose are both worth three. No face is not listed here - it may be just a combination of these...
In addition, being wounded will lower strength, agility and charisma.
And yeah, if you can't walk, you need a wheelchair. I'm not sure whether people with no legs can walk on their arms or not, but paralyzed people definitely need one.

By my personal experience - wielding an AK47 is possible with only one hand. Difficult stuff involve reloading, removing jammed bullets and... well, firing accurately.
But there's worse - in LCS, you can currently use katana and wakizashi one-handed.

Once, in an old game, I had a female leader who got shot and crippled. After waiting several weeks or so for a wheelchair she finally got one, and I put her back to work as a prostitute. :-\
Then eventually she was gunned down by soldiers or something, don't remember. I was still learning the game, okay!

I had a guy lose his entire face to a bullet. I renamed him 'Faceless' and decided that he would wear a Guy Fawkes mask wherever he went. Like Kay12 said, it lowers his charisma quite a bit but he gets by.

I had a super awesome killsquad member who had his eye shot out in a raid.
He died when he acted as a shield for one of my members during a prison raid, he was arrested when he tried to steal a car.

I don't envision you going all Miyamoto Musashi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hy%C5%8Dh%C5%8D_Niten_Ichi-ry%C5%AB) on the enemies, though I wouldn't go so far as to say you aren't, since the game doesn't specify. A samurai may carry two swords, but would typically only be using one at a time. Thus your combat attacks all reference the Katana.

Hmm, true that... I'd assume if they were dual-wielded the Liberal would get two strikes or something.

Considering the skillz of some liberals, I'm sure they could use two swords with one arm.
It works by constantly juggling the blades, so only one is in the hand at any given time.
Lesser skilled liberals just hold one in their teeth.

Either his midriff exploded, in which case he probably died at the spot (granted, that is a permanent injury), or you got the special but not permanent stomach special injury. That required professional treatment but isn't permanent.

Hi,
A right [non-circular] bitshift is equivalent to a division by 2, and is the most effective way to perform such a divide. Shifts are routinely used to optimize a division (rightshift) or multiplication (leftshift) - the factor is 2^shiftsize (shift 3 to the left is a multiply by 2^3 = 8 ). Simple side effect of using a binary system (like add a zero to a normal decimal base10 number, you multiplied by the base).
Shifts are so simple and so routinely used that they are implemented in CPU hardware, and are guaranteed in 1 cycle max - iirc can sometimes be combined with another operation.
In game terms, it is that stat is halved (rounded down) for 1 leg-loss and by 4 for both legs lost.

The bitshift is also thoroughly unnecessary; it's a micro-optimization in code that doesn't need it, and I believe most compliers are clever enough to swap out integer division by a constant power of two with a bitshift anyway. But yes, it's theoretically used to be faster than division by two or four. :P

Once I was playing a B C game and i got a bunch of child workers
And I was improving their skills and i had my leader out with them
I had a dumbass kid who sucked like six years old so we was training/
Grinding and death Squads came most of them died. My leader was neardeath
But out of no where the kid just filled them with lead we made it back but a
few days later she bled out do to a "Ripped Off" leg Chaged my slogan to "Remember the fallen" in honor of her so after that and we won the game by raiding every site the end. :3

There is this one time, that this guy got chased by dogs and immediately bit him on the foot, with real damage, tore out the joints, and had to walk now everyday with his crutches... Sad really, but the dog is ok...

Had a guy lose his right arm. Next time he goes out, gets a spinal surgery via shotgun. Paraplegic one armed wheelchair madman proceeded to shotgun many, many people.
I like to think his right arm received a prosthetic shotgun.

I've made a "small" mistake in coding... and had "artificial eye" installed in the place of my blasted off nose... Haha. It's funny to imagine.

I am experienced with dwarf fortress level crazy combat but he lost his TONGUE nobody's added the ability to rip out tongues in dwarf fortress yet

Yet. Besides we got more important things to do like beat people to death with their right ball we don't have time to kick thier tongue out.

Had a leader that early on got their face blown off by a lucky shot from a security guard with a 38. Later her special editions of the Guardian got her raided by corporate mercs, totally unprepared w/no sleeper warning and not even a handgun in the hideout. They killed the other liberal tailor in the safehouse, and then shot my leader in the neck, paralyzing her. Then they left her to be 'captured', not sure by who, anyway she survived after visiting the clinic. Now I take death squads into the factory where it happened and just wait around, killing countless security guards.

i once had a soldier join the lcs (my leader had over 500 juice and nearly 20 persuasion) who had his nose blasted and then was later arrested despite using the ace attorney he got a "lenient" sentence of 5 consecutive life terms on a side not i was wondering how to edit lcs using art money (in simple terms for my simple mind) since i have no luck trying to edit the game

My best so far is being burned on a arm and a leg then having like 23 or 24 teeth shot out as well as his tounge.

my LCS leader got shot in the neck while running away from police , the surprising thing was that i somehow managed to run away from the cop.
i cannot imagine how a paralyzed person can run away from cops .

It is true that in many ways modern prosthesis can allow you to run faster while burning less energy... They also lack a few features that a normal leg would.
So it would definately be a straight up advantage in a straight forward run.

Sadly the chase scenes in LCS aren't straight forward runs. More like "leaping from rooftop to rooftop" type of chase scenes. From what I've seen, prosthesis are useless for jumping: they're actually heavier than real legs and aren't made with the movements necessary for jumping (such as actually pushing against the ground with force). But I'll admit my experience is severely limited in this field.

That's what I thought. I was curious, though: is that in all of them? Because in my lifetime of playing Fo1 and Fo2, I've never seen an injured tongue. Or is it just really rare, because it's not a targetable part?

I think it could only affect your allies and was part of a head strike. Unless I am just imagining things.

Well, apart from Meansonafabitch (from New Vegas), I never saw a tongue injury in Fallout. And I played FO1, 2, and New Vegas for hundred of hours.

One time I had a Soldier, he had both his arms basted off, one eye got blaster, and got his spine busted. After all that, I decided to retire him in style, and put him us in the Downtow apartments. Later I used his apartment for temp. holding a squad of people with 100+ Muders each, I forgot and the place got raided by police, and he died when a SWAT guy shot his heart.

i once got my neck broken and when i walked up to a policeman in the park , i pressed f to fight , the combat was like this : "dick butt is sitting there quietly(or whatever it says when you cannot attack)"

One of my veterans lost her eye while LIBERALLY defending my leader in a CCS siege. My leader proceeded to get shot in the arm, but they both survived to kick ass another day.
Edit: Well, now my VALIANT LEADER lost her left eye while in a car chase, but being the ELITE LIBERAL COMMANDO that she is, she maintained control of the vehicle, smashed through three fruit stands, and left her pursuers in the dust.

Did anything happen to his persuasion skill? I'd imagine it to be very difficult to persuade a liberal to join your cause if you can only make noises, with no eyes I don't think writing anything would be an option. Seducing anyone would be even more difficult but can you imagine if it was successful? I think it'd go something like this:
*Loud breathing and choking noises* - LCS Leader
"Come over tonight and I can show you what it's like." - Conservative
One can only imagine what happens next.

Haha, yup. His charisma dropped down to 2, but it didn't affect his persuasion skill at all, just made it insanely hard to raise. I just don't understand why anyone would WANT to follow him after that.

What? I'd love to be a follower of a faceless man, he'd be groaning about facing your fears; a man can only take so much irony. If my leader had no facial features I'd have him run around in a Satan mask, it'd be scary to see what's underneath
In other news, my martial arts squad members broke the neck or spine of a conservative lawyer. I've been sending my healthiest recruits out to see if they could become disabled but so far its just been either handgun head-shots or brutal brawls.

Police officer with broken neck, on wheelchair, he is sitting 5 live sentences in prison now. He is beaten by guards, fight with other prisoners, but he still don't lose juice.
Ps. Or he may died some time ago, I can't find him in Justice System.
