Title: Knuckle Dusters and Bladed Gauntlets

I made some things I guess, feel free to point out my horrible failures.

Knuckle Dusters

I was acaully wanting to add something like this to my Mod, Thank you for these much loved weapons (Also I think the skill should be GRASP_STRIKE not FIGHT well FIGHT is not really a skill acually, its MELEE_COMBAT unless you made it like that so others can tweak to their interests), I may need to alter some of those attack flags but other then that Nicely done.

Thank you very much, I couldn't figure out what I needed to use for striker, I'll update the original post with GRASP_STRIKE.
