Here's a cleaned up version of the 16x16 Runeset.

the 16x16 Runeset image seems to be much blurrier than the 16x16 Runeset+Aniron
Been using this set exclusively on my latest fort and absolutely loving the aesthetic. I've noticed one issue though, the 16x16 Runeset image seems to be much blurrier than the 16x16 Runeset+Aniron, so I've only been using the Aniron set. Would really like to use the runic set for gameplay with Aniron for text as recommended. Any chance you could look into it?
Thanks!
I was wondering: Would it be ok if I added the two fonts you made as optional TWBT fonts to my launcher? People can change those with one click.
I havent seen much on that stainglass runes one that was up for a while.
Dwarves are now literate.

Do the gem floors and carpets have a effect on room quality? If so how much compared to the other room improvements? (For me your tileset have replaced my long loved spacefox tileset (the first set I learnt how to play DF on, watching Dastactic's videos.)

No, I haven't considered working with anyone else. It definitely would be nice to see a 32x32 tile set with a more colorful palette that my sprites work better with.
I'm just trying it now, but I thought I should mention, your DFFD description for TWBT could be a bit misleading. It doesn't seem clear that you should make the font manuscript.png and the graphics font StainedGlass. So far I only have good things to say but I will reserve that after having played a bit more. Great work.
