I have had 3 crashes in a row about same time last entry in error log each time reads...

I have 2 quick questions from the new version.

1. How do i use tame changelings? Their description says that they can turn into any creature with the help of a workshop. What workshop do they use?

2. What does the monster statue interaction: "Have a close look at the statues vicious claws" do?

Use changelings in the Colosseum check the manual for more detail.

Your second question no idea why dont you get a dwarf to do it and let us all know  ;D


Do you have to use gold for the guildhall or can silver be used or any other coins?

Warp stone is bad very bad  hate losing miners never get any new ones looks like training time!

Get them to join the mason's guild.

Main problem with that the fort is only a year old not even thought about guildhall yet never mind plenty of volunteers  :P

Rock crafts yes  easy to just put on repeat at the start and can normal buy whatever I want from first few caravans  :P

Better get masterchef on in the dinning hall and see what we can cook up

Wonder what a DF version of come dine with me would be like ?

Well some warlocks appear to have turned half the fort into rotting dwarfs everyone has become a surgeon to help out  :o

Got a guildhall and garrison up 5000 coins sitting pretty guildhall options are fine garrison ones all red done a search looked at manual but guess i missed something?
Any help would be great as I need the extra training as the orcs and warlocks are starting to siege thanks!

Well even with all the new stuff it was a plain old fire elemental that has more or less destroyed the fort currently have about 20 dwarfs lost left out of 60 and they are all slowly going mad :D

Correct. It would be easier though to build a track to the alchemist, fill tanker-carts with water, and assign them an automatic route to the nearest pit, so that they get dumped as soon as they are full. Thats way more efficient.

That indeed does sound more efficient plus playing the scorching embark so water needed especially as a fire elemental just burnt all my poor mountain goats, some mastiffs and a couple dwarfs!

No real reason for 50 just easing myself in not played for awhile so getting to grips, harder farming nearly caught me out with only 40 of the little buggers thank god for trade!

Found a tear of armok i presume I need to build the liquid spawner in a hole to create a nice little pool of water upon deconstruct?

Thanks waiting for the caravan now so hopefully not end up to much past my intended cap.

Just annoying when you set it to 50 and at 55 you get 25 more of the buggers  :P
