I can't decide which of TheBroodyMoods and Spartan 117 is more scummy.

The best part, of course, is that it implies you have opinions without needing to mention them. Perhaps some hint as to why you think either is scummy could help with their explanation of why they're not?
It's a fun way of reaction gathering; for instance, I get to see that TheBroodyMoodsneeds to step out of the car and press this to his foreheaddisregarded my vote, pointing out rightly that I stated no real reason of being suspicious, and moved on.
On the other hand, Spartan 117 ignored it completely, never responded to it, and continued, er.
