Hey, having a trap issue... Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Trying to construct pulleys, which require a chain and mechanisms. I have plenty of both, but it still won't let me create any. Am I skipping a step or something? The building guides aren't helping me in this case.

Woot! Reporting DT working so far, with the Fixes/Hacks given by our brave heroes. The only 'bug' I've got is peasants being called glazers when ordered by profession, but seeing as all of my professions are custom names, it doesn't bother me much. Thanks for the work, guys! Can't wait to see DE's release.

So.... I'd like to help with finding these offsets and whatnot, but where does one even begin? I'd like to be of some use, but I think my lack of C++ knowledge might edge me out of that ability. Any chance of a step-by-step?

Thanks for the tool, so far DE! Can't wait for some support for the new version. I'll try to be as patient as possible...

Would that effect tantrums and such? And I didn't know you could add numbers to those types of tags-- I've just used it by itself with no numbers... I'm giving this a try though, heh.

DF Modding / Dwarves Fight Back! (?)... And Syndrome effects?
« on: July 20, 2011, 05:50:55 pm »
So, i've been doing some modding lately on the DF raws, creating creatures to antagonize meet with my dwarves. My question is this-- In the basic modding guide, it says that you can add the [LIKES_FIGHTING] token to Dwarves, but they still take one crack at an enemy when attacked (Such as goblin and kobold thieves)-- Is there any way to make civs fight for their lives instead of running away?

(Woops, forgot this part)

Also, is it possible to modify personalities or tokens via syndromes?
