I see it is the kings wife. I will try and give her another title and see what that does. Also I was imprecise before. She does issue mandates.

Edit: Adding her as champion worked.

I have a noble with the title Holy Rain that makes demands, but does not appear on the nobles screen. I have the King and this noble came with them. Is there a way I can see what they want?

I had some computer problems (DF stopped loading then gave me a BSD when I tried to uninstall. Yay!) so I reinstalled the whole LNP, but now it says it cannot find  LNP\utilties\exclusions.txt   

I can find it. The file seems to be where it is supposed to be, but the program can't find it. Any help?
