      By the time the society is L, not L+, my LCS members are only opening the doors, spray painting and going out to remind the people that they are watching. They even surrender to the authorities afterwards because i like not even been wanted. By that time my grip of the legal system can let me walk off a couple of treason charges.(Dunno about murder, since i usually never fire a bullet.) Then i tell the people all about it in the guardian and lead public opinion to L+. I always assumed that the more liberal the society, the less violent the LCS becomes. Grimith has a video with a solo run on youtube, i don't think he shoots or kidnaps anybody either. He seduces some CEO's to speed up the late game and that's it. It totally works starting from nightmare too, it is easier in fact because mutants with 16 charisma don't need anything else. One of them is enough to seduce everyone you will ever need in court at 200 juice, that is with a clean criminal record.

   Confirmed in 2 saves. When you release from jail in 4.07.1a, LCS members are not released. tried both releasing their floor and all floors in both cases. Also tried releasing oppressed. LCS members in jail are ignored.The message won't show. (The real jail, not the cells in police or court)Also the bug with enlightened who can recruit is visual. It says 0/0 recruits instead of can't recruit, but it stays 0/0 even with 600 juice.

    When i play with large organisations, i manage my liberals by safe house. The down town apartments are for liberals who need to stay off the radar for serious crimes, the university apartments are for hackers, the shelter is for people doing legal things (tailoring, thieves with a clean sheet, money makers). The warehouse is the defending position, for 50+ liberals who carry rifles at all times. You don't get there. 
Teachers stay either in the housing projects or the warehouse, depending how much heat they and their students have.

Trying to set up a business front at the homeless shelter makes the game unresponsive.


  I had that one too. Also, the first person you enlighten can recruit (Verified in 2 saves). Checking to see if there is also a problem with releasing someone from death row on the 2nd save.Will get back to you.

     While we are at it, assigning M for the sleeper menu should  be pretty easy, and it would stop you from going 2 steps back when you hold b for meetings to train persuasion. I would like a mechanic that would stop you from training persuasion to 20 from meetings with crackheads , but that is another issue altogether and maybe not worth it.

      We all know that LCS is meant to be fun, not balanced. So there are many ways to have overpowered  liberals. To make the game a bit more interesting, i have a set of restrictions i use to avoid the temptation of picking only people who will be godlike without been wanted by the police, abusing people with skills, abusing violence etc.

    Rule 1: Let faith decide in character creation.
    Rule 2: We didn't start the fire always on.
    Rule 3: No man left behind. You do not remove members to make room for other members
    Rule 4: Impressing the recruiter. If you are trying to recruit, and you come across someone who has 2 stats equal or better than the recruiter or has a stat that is better than the recruiters best stat , you have to include him in the LCS if you can (wisdom does not matter here). You don't have to use props, but you cant stop the meetings. (note: Current stats are used.Juice adjustments apply.)
    Rule 5: We don't draw first blood. You may use guns, but you cant fire at someone who has not hit you first (you may kidnap). That includes car chases, raids while conservatives are alarmed, even raids at CCS hideouts. The conservatives need help, they don't deserve death. You may fire at people trapped in your hideout traps  first.
    Rule 6: The people need to know. Always publish the hottest info you have as soon as possible. You may sell information you have multiple times but never your last one of a specific kind. The heat order is 1: Secret documents (army) 2:CIA disk 3:CEO info 4: Police records 5: everything else (note: you sell all loot and guns until you have a press. You can keep clothes and manufacture them.)


     This is a really balanced play style. Rule 1 makes sure you don't start with a thief that will be invisible without heat or a man who will persuade trees to walk and seduce sleepers who start at 90%+ efficiency without heat. If you start as a gang member, you are even stuck with some average liberals because of rule 3 (you get somewhat compensated by their weapons and weapon skills). Rule 4 means you might get super mutants, but you cant just dump a mutant with heart 16 intelligence 7 and charisma 12 just because you know there is a mutant with heart 20 intelligence 17 and charisma 17.(You still can if you are a non-mutant elite liberal with a natural 10 in charisma and heart, but if you get there, you deserve your superman. Try starting with a dancer  :) ).  Rule 5 means you cant just have a couple of athletes or whatnot armed to the teeth who commit 3000 murders and just hop between safe houses (especially since in 4.07 with extra cities they can be in another city), giving their recruiters elite liberal status for sitting there (also: to bring down the CCS, find the evidence). Rule 6 means you cant raid the army base when you have someone with stealth and disguise for a billion weapons, because you have to publish the secret documents you might find, and that is treason and brings in the army.

First of all, hello to everybody in the forums.
There are 3 things that i feel will make the game a lot faster and more fun to play
A) Options in the persuasion/seduction menus that say:
1)Talk to this person until able to recruit (with props or not)
2)Talk to this person until you have nothing to learn from their expert knowledge (everything they have over 4) (props or not again)
3)Go after until seduced (money, no money, repeat vacations)
and don't interrupt the game again for those meetings unless they fail or recruit/seduce
B)An option to hide or show hacking/ clothes making/ clothes repair
C)A wait for the rest of the month option.(unless siege or arrest attempt or elections)
