There's your answer right there.

But on a more helpful note, if you or a friend has coding experience, the source for Dwarf Therapist is available.  You could add the functionality yourself if you'd like.  If you go that route, you could try the DFHack branch of DT.  Using the DFHack library (in this case) would probably be easier than writing the modification code yourself.

I do, actually, and that's something I might just try for fun.

But I know there will be other programs to do what I want, and probably do it better than I could.  I was just excited to see all of the traits but disappointed when I found I couldn't edit them.

Seriously, this program would be so much more useful if it could be used to edit skills and traits.

DF Suggestions / Carts!

I would like to see some sort of cart or wagon that the dwarves can haul around, and maybe eventually have a horse or mule pull.  It would allow them to haul multiple items, depending on weight.  A dwarf's strength would affect how much he can pull, with maybe max strength allowing as much as a mule.  

I would say it would work like if they were performing a hauling task, they would fill the wagon with that type of item until either there's none left in the general vicinity or their cart is full, then take it to the correct stockpile.

You can also make it a little more complicated to make, if you like.  Maybe have to construct two wheels first, etc.
