1. Make a back up raw/objects folder (optional if you want to revert).
2. Copy files into raw/objects.
3. Copy tokens from "workshops and reactions" into the entity(ies) you want to use (if using non standard entities).
4. That's pretty much it.

If you want to play with Pokemon only:
4. Remove all "creature_" files but equipment and standard.
5. Remove Gremlin and below inside the creature_standard file.
6. Remove subterranean_animal_peoples inside the entity_default file.

Optional:
* Copy the creature_zpokemega file in for Mega Pokemon as Semi-Megabeasts.
* Copy the creature_zpokevermin file in for vermin Pokemon (for flavor and/or creatures to be eaten/hunted by cats etc).
* Copy the creature_werepokemon and interaction_werepokemon files in for WerePokemon.
* Copy the creature_pokeother file for MissingNo, a very FUN Megabeast
* Copy the creature_pokevariant file for variant Pokemon like the crystal Onix
* Copy the files in TCG for Trading Card Game content
* Replace entity_default with one inside the entity folder for entities to use all/type specific Pokemon.
* Copy the files in PMD for Mystery Dungeon content
   Also replace any optional files with the ones in PMD if included
   Remove entity_default for Pokemon only

Q:
Why do Pokemon only have 1-3 moves?
A:
This is mostly a balance thing, insuring Pokemon aren't too powerful and overly FUN whilst creating a sense of varying strength between different species and stages of Pokemon. Attacks tend to use velocity modifiers to simulate different influences (like power/STAB) so giving them a bit of a limit insures fun and not FUN.

Q:
How do Pokemon evolve?
A:
After encountering combat (subject to change), every month is assumed to be 1 gained level and when enough time passes, they will transform into their next stage (using a syndrome that does so). A Pokemon that is going to evolve has an (e) next to their name.

Q:
What about special requirements for evolving? (Trading/Friendship/Stones/Location)
A:
Trading and friendship both happen as a "greeting". Trading causes evolution instantly whilst friendship takes 1 month. Those requiring certain locations evolve after being in a specific biome or using the appropriate item, and those that require specific items have the "Evolution Chamber" workshop.

Q:
How do I use the Evolution Chamber / Trimming Table / Pokemon Center?
A:
Designate a pen/pasture on top of the workshop, then put the Pokemon in it. Once they are there, start performing the reaction. It can take a few tries for it to actually work, so it is recommended to do it with many Pokemon at once. Any Pokemon that has an (e) next to their name won't be affected, due to evolving previously or going to evolve.
Note: Large gems won't work for evolution.

Q:
How do I catch/recruit Pokemon?
A:
You can select them at the character creation screen in adventure mode if your civ has tamed them, otherwise you can claim tame ones. In fortress mode you do like any other animal, with cage/animal traps.

Q:
How do I play as a Pokemon?
A:
Using the PMD content will allow you to do so, both in fortress and adventure mode. Otherwise adding either [OUTSIDER_CONTROLLABLE] or [LOCAL_POPS_CONTROLLABLE] to the raw of the desired Pokemon is required for adventure mode (without PMD content).

PMD related:

• Migrants (sometimes) come with no name. (Normally when world history is short)
• Amphibious and flying visitors will get stuck.
• Playing as Pokemon who can fly has pathing issues.
• Sometimes news of locations doesn't spread.
• Sometimes no visitors show.

   * Cracked/Chipped Pot: Made from ceramic material (clay) at a kiln using pottery. Used to evolve Sinistea and also contain liquids (chipped)
   * Sweets: Made from a bag of dwarven sugar at a kitchen. Used to evolve Milcery into various forms of Alcremie (only 7. 63 is a bit ludicrous)
   * Fossilized animals: Found in sedimentary layers or oceans. Used to revive Dracozolt, Arctozolt, Dracovish, Arctovish (with a combination of 2)
   * Rusted Sword/Shield: Made at a metalsmith's forge from 1 adamantine wafer using weaponsmithing. Used to transform Zacian/Zamazenta into their crowned form. Can be used as a weapon equivalent to iron (long sword/buckler)
   * Dynite Ore: Found rarely in small clusters anywhere. Does nothing but is worth a bit
   * Armorite Ore: Found very rarely in small clusters anywhere. Does nothing but is worth a bit
   * Blunder Policy: Made with 1 sheet of paper at a craft workshop (using paper making). Gives a Pokemon the ability to boost its agility by 200 in combat
   * Throat Spray: Made with a spray bottle and a Rinka Berry at a still (using plant processing). Increases the strength of Pokemon who use sound based moves by 200

   * Max Mushrooms: Found rarely underground (depth 2-3). Can be used/eaten to boost all stats by 200
   * Max Soup: Cooked with 3 Max Mushrooms at a kitchen. Used along with a cut Wishing Star to guarantee a Gigantamax form. Using a Max Honey will allow it to Gigantamax Urshifu
   * Max Honey: Cooked with a honeycomb and a cut Wishing Star at a kitchen. Can be used like a Max Revive
