DF Gameplay Questions / Selling tame vermin?

Hi there,
i started yesterday with this interesting game and i don't want to ask too much questions in the beginning but this one bothers me and i didn't find any help with the search or in the wiki:
I trapped a lot of vermin and assigned them to a cage that is standing around. Some of them are tamed and i wanted to sell them. And this is the question: How can i sell them?
I don't find any vermin in the trade depot menu. I built an animal depot at the place where the cage is standing in the hope i could transport the whole cage with the animals to the depot but i don't find the cage in the trade menu too 
Another (short) question: How can i change the place of cages (or other built objects)?
