DF Suggestions / Petition Zone + Poll Booth objects

anytime the people ask me to organize something i just screenshot it and keep it as a PNG on my desktop so i can remember. if its in a menu somewhere LMK but i had an idea for a new type of zone that is characterized by poll booths that people must access before creating these petitions, so i can click on these zones to view the list of demands. various actions could be integrated into this zone such as the election of mayors and some other possible things.
i also recently heard there was interest in a new "nursery" zone, which i support as well. i would like for it to be characterized by cradles.
these appeal to my interest in base-building, for which i would also like to see more furniture objects in general, such as placeable clocks/calendars (required in order to view specific date?), globes/maps (required in order to access world map?)
