I have built a small dome out of gem windows. When I removed the stairs that I built around the dome so that my minions could reach each level it left the material behind on top of the window. Now the extra material can't be accessed even when I rebuilt the stairs. I have to remove the gem window to get access to the extra material again.
Now here is the vicious cycle, if I were to remove those stairs again the little dwarfs would leave the material behind again. Any suggestions on how to prevent this? Is this a bug? Am I missing some trick to prevent this?
