Well, I have found a lair(asked someone about surroundings) and went there, killed the troll inside, cleaned the lair(threw out all the corpses, body parts, human meals... put all items in a pile), and here is how it looks(I also dropped ice all over the floor, which I got from picking up snow, burning tree, getting snow to melt, dropping water on snow nearby(where it is molten), picking up water, and for each time I pick up water I get ice):

I decided I should sleep there and kill buzzards, which I did, in quite cruel ways:

I decided to sleep in the lair, I couldn't sleep until dawn since I couldn't see the sky from the inside, eventually I went out to killed my companion(which for some reason stayed in the hamlet) for not following me, and I died(fell into a pond that froze on me =|).

Now, my question is, was it safe to sleep in a lair? Have you ever cleaned a lair?
