DF Gameplay Questions / I have a complicated vampire feeding question.

Ok, so, I have found a vampire in my fort, temporarily assigned an injustice dwarf, made her confess to a murder, removed the justice personnel, convicted her, assigned her to a new squad random gen aptly named "The Gloved Tests" despite her outright refusing wear the damn gauntlets until I reassigned the uniform several times, made her a barracks in a completely walled off section of the fortress with an "airlock" composed of two bridges that are never opened at the same time and a dump zone between them for supplying new stuff to her new lodgings. *breathes in* Now she is constantly astonished at having her punishment delayed and has enough stuff to do to be decently happy-ish.
So. How do I feed her?
I read somewhere that any sleeping creature will do so I captured a forgotten beast that has a breath that has the "drowsy" effect. I can reliably make war dogs fall asleep when chained next to a fortification the beast can see through.
1. Will this make her feed on whatever sleeping creature I chain in that spot?
2. Will this prevent her getting slowed down by unsatisfied alcohol/food needs?
3. If no, then I am considering making a tavern and assigning her as a bartender to force feed herself drinks, do I need two vampire bartenders for this to work or will she able to force feed herself?
