Other Games / Which Midieval Fps should it get?

I have been looking at War of the Roses and Chivalry to buy during the steam sale having no demo for chivalry and having enjoyed the one for War of the Roses what do you think I should get?

Play With Your Buddies / S.P.A.Z LP

For those who don't know S.P.A.Z(space pirates and zombies) is a space shooter where you get ships and try raise large amounts of data, cash, and men to fight with. The website is here: http://www.spacepiratesandzombies.com/ . Any way the first order of this let's play is how are we going to tech:

Lasers or Cannons:
Lasers fire in a normally fairly short strait line and deal high damage to cloaks and shields/Cannons normally deal high damage in a long range and are powerful against armor but smaller ships can be a huge issues. Note: there are some lasers and cannons that aren't like this but they are late game.
Shields or Cloaks:
Shields can take more damage and offer no negatives fairly strait foreword/Cloaks slow you down and take less damage but you deal more damage, late game they offer no negatives and have the damage boost.
Armor/Hull:
Armor takes more damage but slows you down/Hull takes less damage but doesn't slow you down and you can have more crew.

Extras: pick as many as you like.:
Subsystems: all round tech offers many small boosts let's you mount point defenses.
Engine*:speeds you up what did you think it did?
Reactors*: gives you more power so you can fire your weapons more.
Drones: deals good damage and very useful but only comes around mid-game.
Turrets*:Makes your turrets faster and lets you drop some deployable ones.
Crew:Boosts your crew has a few fun but wasteful weapons.
Mines:Gives you mines good with cloaked ships.
Bomb:A heavy duty weapon with hyper damage very nasty but can hurt our own ships.
Launchers:Missile and torpedo type weapons many ships have them.

Everything with a * by it we will need to put a few points into it to be able to really fight with anything.

I'm trying to get back into Mount and Blade:Warband so I figured I would do a let's play.

Ok we need to pick:
Starting Area
Character Name
Skill set(note:has to be useable with horses I don't need that much !FUN!)
Long term plan(how we are going to become king)
and anything else you want.

I'm planning on using native but if you pester me enough I guess we could try a mod.

Let the discussing began I will start the game tomorrow.

DF Suggestions / Mud and Adobe/Resource gathering areas

 Since we have clay bricks why not mud? To make a simple mud brick you would need a bucket of water and a unit of none pure sand soil to get the dirt from. Adobe would need the bucket and mud and hay when that gets put in. Adobe and mud bricks would fall apart when in contact with water or heavy rain and wet adobe or mud brick would be easier for sieges to destroy.  Drying time is not a issue because of how fast dwarf fortress time passes. The value of mud walls and floors would be 1 or none.

Resource gathering areas would replace the sand/clay areas. It would also let you have your woodcutters/gathers do so safely by have the favor/only use options like a fishing area. It would have the number of grow able tiles (for plants and trees), the number of plain dirt, clay and sand. It would also let you pick what jobs would use the area so you could have a sand only area and the like.

 After a woodcutter was none to bright and sat on a bridge when it was deconstructed, I found out that dwarfs go into a vortex when it is remove anddd no happiness loss.

DF Modding / How to get a civ to be more peaceful?

 Lately I have made a civ they are powerful scorpion men how ever they keep killing off the elves/gobin they live in wasteland/deserts. I have added a wood as good as bronze for the elves and remove [MULTIPLE:LITTER:RARE] from goblins yet they die off 50% of the time. So is there a way to make them stop killing the elves/goblins stupid scorpion men I want to kill the elves....

DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / I believe I have found Armageddon (spoiler)

  One of my region has made Armageddon so far this region has a above ground demonic fortress and adamantine pillar plus a hole to hell. I believe that this region has began the final battle. Who will win, 7 dwarfs with only 2 picks and two axes and no combat training or a bunch of demon/zombie snail and tigermen.


Note: how do you take pictures in fortess mode so I can show this?
