DF Adventure Mode Discussion / A very odd fortress...

Well, I was trekking around with my companions in a world where almost all sites are abandoned, until I found a very special fortress full of hostile naked elf wrestlers... wtf indeed.

DF Adventure Mode Discussion / Why can't I kill this thing?

Recently I have generated a world full of titans, so far my adventurer and his veteran companions have killed plenty of em. But there is one that can't be killed, despite numerous injuries it won't bleed to death.

Here is the descpription of the titan: " Inen Orozsit,  A towering scaly leech. It has thin wings of stretched skin and it has a reagal bearing. Its emerald scales are large and overlapping. Beware it's fire!"

Why is this titan so extremely durable and tougher than other titans I have fought against ( including the ones made of minerals and jewels)?

DF Suggestions / God slaying.

I know this has been suggested many times, but is it possible to make make an mod, which makes gods killable. These gods/deities could have their own shrines ( or other places) where they are populated by creatures of their portfolios (God of nature, has all kinds of animals in it's domain). These deities should be extremely strong, nearly unbeatable only a adventurer who is above legendary can even stand a chance.

So is this possible by modding, or do we need to wait for further releases?

As I see it 40d was better, because there were mead halls where you could recruit badass companions. Elves and dwarves had their own "towns", unlike now which are empty spaces. Goblins had their own towers and so on. I would play the 40d version, but sadly there is no phoebus tileset for it, I wish there was an mod, which would bring back these awesome features along with the new updated tilesets.

But is 40d really better?

How I do cause wars between civilizations or participate in those wars? I have attacked some villages and butchered few people, but all the civilizations get hostile to me. So is it possible to cause a war, if so how?

I wanted to try something completely different mainly fighting the undead, because they never appear. I would like to make an world which has few weak civilizations being war with undead beings. I am currently using deon genesis mod, so I am unsure if this is even possible. How do I create a world like this?

It's becomes boring, when you receive three or more similar quests to kill an bronze colossus and so on. My recent adventurer had to kill literally 16 night creatures before, I started to get megabeasts quests. I think there is not enough variety in the quests, for example you never get an quest to kill an undead or to assassinate someone.

Or maybe I need to generate a new world, which settings (parameters?) do you recommend? I think there are too many megabeasts (including fucking night creatures) out there, which makes the quests repetive.

I found an shop keeper and I sold the bronze flute for 50 coins, it says that the merchant owes me 50 coins. I exit the menu, but I don't get my money, I tried searching for it in the ground and other places without any results. Where can I find my money?
