Like, should I irrigate my tower cap farm as soon it dries a bit or should I let them grow first?
It seems like a random happening, every once and then DF crashes to the blue screen of death giving an error message "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and a bunch of hex numbers, don't know huw much information you can get out of it but I'll post them anyway:
code:0x0000000A (0x0096F490) 0x0000001C, 0x00000001, 0x804F3AAB
The errorlog in DF doesn't say a word about it.
If this isn't something that can be fixed in DF, can someone give me an idea what to do about it?
Thanks in advance.
It could also be used in personal recreational purposes, put a cage with the goblin king deep, deep inside a huge maze and whatch him try to find his way out while slowly starving to death. :p
The pathfinding would probably require an overhaul, but I think it would be neat.
Are they the little irritating buggers you blast away with a single magic missile or are they brutish orc-like things?
I've found myself thinking of them as orcs as a dwarf can whip away a "Warcraft" goblin with the back of his hand but duke it out in a pretty even fight with an orc.

My dwarves started producing cages and mechanisms, my carpenter built a narrow hall to lead the spider through. The traps were set and my bravest peasant volunteered as bait.
The spider took the bait, they both ran. The peasant entered the hallway and success was certain. Or so I thought. The spider ran over the first trap, the second, the third and the fourth. Nothing. The brave peasant showed what he was really made of, and it wasn't bravery. The spider chased him through the main gate and then... Webs, blood, body parts... Everywhere...
Losing is fun
I had just gotten my first wave of immigrants and my "fortress" didn't stand a chance.
WHY haven't anyone told me that giant cave spiders don't give a large rat's ass about traps?
