DF Suggestions / Random Travelers

Probably quite early to be suggesting this, but I would like (down the line, probably after or during Caravan or Army arcs) to see random travelers visit your fort at various times of the year. The main purpose of these travelers could be anything from nomad dwarves who stop in for a while for rest(possibly help out with simple jobs) then head on out to their next destination, to adventurers that come to help slay the goblins(or whatever else) that constantly attack your fort whom you must then reward with trinkets or coins, to visiting nobles(who do not stay) whose opinion may adjust the value of rooms/statues/etc in your fortress. Quite a bit of room here for adjustment and interpretation, I personally think it would add quite a bit to the immersion of a bustling fortress.
