DF Gameplay Questions / A way to take off domolite?

Hi,
I'm in my first game, of this impressive game.
The problem I have, is,thath in my first down floor,I have metals, and all this metal,is disturbing me, taking place for other things.
I tried with stone stockpile, but I need a new fortress only to store all this domolite stones. I tried with the dump area trick. And this, is tedious but works, but later,once Dump area is removed,stones are not taked from there.
There are some way, to take off all this stones of my sight, and save in some chests or something similar automatically.
