I would like to give away a Python script that calls the DFHack remote API and works with RemoteFortressReader. The script comes with a CMakeFiles that drives the compilation of the required  protobuf files. The idea behind was to use Blender as a graphic engine. Anyone interested to adopt it?

... Suddenly every time I pressed escape to exit menus, especially the Z menu, I get a black screen. The game is not frozen but the playing window turns pitch black. I can still see the rest of the game like the menu on the right, and the borders and such. And the game is running.

Same issue here, all the time. It doesn't happen if I set [PRINT_MODE:TWBT_LEGACY].

In the the [d] Designation Menu, [­b] Set Building/Item Properties. Add two actions to suspend and resume bulding jobs.
The user can select an area like in [­c] reclaim or [­f] forbid items.
By suspending, all selected buidings currently in Construction inactive (yellow) will be turned to Construction suspended (red).
The two actions should have the same effect as in pressing [­q] Set Building Task/Prefs, [­s] Suspend Construction over a single building.

Did the Planter live?

Yes. On top of that, just setup a dump zone above and aside a ramp. The ramp is the only access to the zone. So dwarf_1 went up and did throw its garbage down the ramp he went from, while dwarf_2 who was just following him gets heavly hurt by the fallen debris.

Lot of loose cut gems to be brought at the depot, no bins for some reasons. Swarms of dwarves through the three hatches that separate the depot from the gems stockpile.
DF have issues pathing the dwaves to the depot this way, and messages like Path blocked or Job item lost or destroyed starts to appear.
Just the time I see one gem has been left on top of one of the three hatches cover, and as McUnlucky tries to go through ...

After attacking some great horned owl men, my marksdwarf squad lost lot of their quality bolts on top of trees. According to DFHack gui/pathable plugin, the tiles the bolts are laying on or lodged in are not always reachable from the near stairs I've built to recover them. For instance "TreeBranches" type is ok, but "TreeTrunkSloping" is not. How can I recover such bolts?
