apparently ashrir has a thing against humans and was ecstatic when a dragon torched a human caravan

well apparently 2 of my wrestlers thought the steel crossbows i gave them are best used to bludgeon opponents to death, theyre both now legendary wrestlers with high hammerdwarf skills, not even dabbling marksdwarfs   :roll:

this is such a great game! so many possibilities, all of the outcomes humorous! i wish i would have found this game before i deployed though D'oH!

hello. my fist post, so please be gentle lol. anyway ive been playing DF for about a week now and i keep hearing all about reveal.exe, yet every attempt to find it ends in vain. could someone please be kind enough to lead me in the right direction? sorry if this is in the wrong forum

how do i embark in an area? for example, i was told to kill this cyclops, so i hit T and moved over to the area he's supposed to be at. now how do i embark at the location so i can attempt to complete the task?

i abandoned the fortress, then reclaimed it and all the revealed tiles were back to normal. however, i didnt notice the ratmen in the farming area after i told the military to stand down. needless to say, mass chaos and hilarity assumed   :p

i was afraid of that. what if i abandoned the fortress, then reclaimed it? would that clear it or no?
