Some minor issues that may or may not be intended that I have noticed.
(All in fort mode)
1. Lots of the new undead showing up in my fort. Everyone of them acts friendly but is trying to steal artifacts. These guys have really bad disguises to the point that its probably a bug. Stuff like “grim slayer” etc. These guys are a light blue n the with umlat. Once they serve their prison sentence the get put in a cage and deposited in the animal stockpile, which may or may not be intended. I also had a bright red capital H come once. It routed through doors but went into a side room to specifically destroy a farmers workshop. I thought it was strange it didn’t break the doors. (Killed it before it could do anything else.)

2. Loyalty cascades still occur. Had one when a criminal beating turned deadly.

3. Lastly the elves keep trading me grown metal pedestals and other items.

Started a new version fort and played till second summer.

90% of my dwarves worship Ner the moist squid, the dwarven goddess of coasts. The name is hilarious and the fort is inland :)

Or civ The Cudgel of Ravens has a goblin outpost liaison for some reason.

First artifact was a crown made of 2 gold nuggets. Pedastaling it into Ner the Moist Squid’s temple made it upgrade to max level temple complex.

Built a second temple to Ner to satisfy the petition of one of the two Ner sects. Now have a sacred fish priest.

Only violence so far was a wolf killing a pet bird.

Unexpectedly cavern layer 1 is only like 10 levels down from the fort.

Glass maker building status has made like 75% of them about Ner. Meanwhile the engraver is doing mostly historical dwarf carvings. Possibly depth of religion influences this?

Did not have the traditional year 1 werebeast incursion so it looks like that change is working.

Dwarves seem to be happy, unclear if stress issues are resolved. Possibly this is due to the just being happy about religion or its the lack of rain and corpses at this site.

This really helps is a great change for the game. The old aquifers were way too common and hard to break into. My current fort had a lot partial aquifer area and was not marked as such on the map but it was easy to breach with the starting seven by just building log walls.

My last fort had about 17 necromancers. At first one point angry dwarves had a fist fight in the refuse level of the fort and we had to put down a zombie insurrection.

Zombies raised are hostile to everything that is’t a zombie.

(I had so many necros because we defeated a tower and raided it for books like 40 times. Same fort also had a vampire that was hammered for every crime in the fort but would not die.)

I’ve got a new fort running that is built between the 3rd cavern and the magma sea. I have no tavern but a bunch of monster hunters arrived and I accepted their petitions to join the fort. Now several have gone missing and at least one was found in a state suggesting they starved to death in the cavern where they were found. There have been no combat logs and the only dead creature in the whole fort is a surface dingo killed by a caravan.

So my questions are as follows:
Why are they apparently starving themselves to death in the cavern?

Are they just bad at hunting monsters? Its been a year now with no combat. A family of troglodytes even came and left the map...

Currently we celebrate the end of construction on the rain shield, a floored area above the tops of he trees the prevents rain from striking the aptly named Wethammer fortress. (It rains 90% of the year)

Work is almost done removing the remains of the goblin battle. (30 combatents)
When this is done we will continue to process the undead battle zone (60+ 500+ body parts) and continue to steal all the books from the now undefended tower.

Intermittent insanity from rain/corpses will continue unabated.

What if Queen Elesif and King Ulfric via some kinda narrative madness get married and lead the forces of Skyrim to reestablish the Empire after it collapses with the assasination of the Emperor?

It’d be like a second Tiber Septim event.

Then whoever could ascend as Talos reborn etc.

Alternatively the whole thing is just asking for a “player is incarnate of Talos”.

I’m a fan of this genre as well and this remains the best example of gladiator gameplay. No other gladiator games even come close.

Although Domina was good in a different way.

Regardless, at this point the drama has reached the level of entertainment in its own right. I vote we wait until the next scheduled (lol) update. If he doesn’t produce we can lock it till he puts out news again.

I would have gone Sylveon or espeon if it had the house dden ability.  As far as flareon, I thought they were physical attackers?  Regardless I bred blaziken, charizard, volcanora, and chandelure already so no fires needed lol.

So in prep for the new version I bred a perfect modest evee. Already got it training special attack EVs. What should I plan for second EV stat and what should I evolve it into?

Notably it has egg moves Wish and Yawn. And it does not have the hidden ability.

I’m thinking vaporeon and Hp to benefit wish the most.

Exotic animals and booze but most of all leather.

The amount of leather you can trade for is crazy if you max request all leather  types. And ots really cheap stuff even then.

Besides you end up with fun stuff like 50 Chimp leather shoes

That forgotten beast cave spider I had that killed the whole military. So I poured magma on it. It was magma immune... However it was not immune to dwarf blood steam explosions that tore it apart when the magma hit the blood it was coated in.

The new poison UB looks straight out of Dragonball Z. I like it. Sadness for the wall UB, terrible typing :(
