Thanks for the help you guys.

It was indeed PEBCAK. Prospector and reveal have been changed in functionality since I last played. All is fine with the world.

Like I said, It's been months since I played and the previous version would just prospect everything and reveal would reveal everything. Didn't know that changed. I'll give that a try.

I have the lazy newb pack advanced for the 34.05 version

No alterations at all. Created a world with default settings, found an embark, paused and used prospect and reveal in the dfhack window.

That's all. I didn't update to the latest 34.06 (I need the newb pack).

I thought that was the case.

However every single embark that I do (4x4, standard) has zero candy. I really can't understand...

It's been months since I played dwarf fortress and I was a noobie back then.

I started a brand new game. 34.05 Found an embark. Prospector shows zero candy. Reveal shows none exists. Has it been removed? Am I doing something wrong? I'm confused =(

Hello you worldgenners!

It had a volcano in the ocean, that upon embark was swallowed by the ocean and capped by obsidian. Has anyone found anything similar? I really enjoyed that embark.

I tried that map in 34.05 and it didn't work. If anyone could find something similar, I would be grateful!
