How far into the corner? If it's actually on the edge of the map, your magma is falling off the map and being erased.

If it's going off the edge, dump some water there :) Creating obsidian to the edge of map, hence blocking it.

*edit* Ok I got it up. But it doesn't work proper. The file is listed as a PDF. It needs to be downloaded and then renamed to a .rar. Stupid wordpress.com :/
