And with that, Tarus turns around and walks off into the fort. Though, he takes a moment to whisper something to one of the guards."I'm not entirely sure about this one, keep an eye on him until you think he is well and truly harmless." He says, the guard giving a nod."Yes sir, understood." The guard replies. Keeping his post held as Tarus continues to Surefire's office.

Tarus shakes his head a little at that. He wasn't about to go into a speech about why he liked the sun. Even if after almost 20 years of dealing with it was making him tired of constant daylight..."I'll make sure your shelter is one with no windows, then. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to hand this paper in to Captain Surefire for his viewing. And don't worry, I'll be sure to let him know you seek an audience with him."

"The sun is the celestial body that Princess Celestia once controlled before her fall. It is the source of all the light."Tarus says as he looks to Moral."I've put your hat back on, so I believe you can uncover your eyes, Decay."

"You'll get used to it."Tarus says as he stashes the paper in his armor."The sun hasn't set in 250 years."

Tarus nods to Moral and starts writing down information about the disorder. Even if it did sound off, so was this pony... Though, he just stared on, or even rolled his eyes as Moral continued. Making sure to keep the tacky behavior hidden from him. Having finished, Tarus turns around and places Moral's hat back on his head."Those things aren't necesarry for the dossier. Surefire will... Clearly, see those when he sees you. And you can give your full title and speak to him of your intellect as well."

Tarus gives a nod and holds the paper out to Moral."Double check the information and make sure it's correct."

"I'm writing up your dossier for Surefire."Tarus says, not even looking away from the paper."Grand master of Pyromancy... Lived in cave... Done."Tarus sets the quill down, blowing out onto the paper a little to dry the ink.

"I cannot guarantee that you'll be allowed to practice such a powerful magic. But I will let Captain Surefire know you seek an audience with you."He says before walking over to a stack of papers. Taking a quill in hoof, he writes down some information.

"Well we aren't in any shape to support the ponies that have already come, really. This is a place for the refugees to gather and attempt to rebuild what was lost these past two hundred and fifty years. Pleasure is not a necessity, Decay. It is a commodity. A commodity we simply can not afford to give."Tarus retorts. He understood full well what they had and what they didn't, and would try to make sure anypony here would see that as well...

Tarus stops and turns around before answering each question respectfully."As I said, I am Tarus Dawning. You're in a fort that was made out of what's left of former Equestria. The one I speak of is Princess Celestia. She helped create this realm and helped it's people until her tragic passing over two hundred and fifty years ago. We didn't break into your cave. We merely explored the caves around our fort because we needed to make sure they were cleared of and defended from any threats that could put out fort and it's ponies in danger. There were no posted addresses, marks that it was property therefor we weren't breaking it, since we didn't know it was owned."Tarus takes a moment to draw in a little air."And as for your last question. We are all in the same boat, no pony is getting a bigger room unless they need it for family, I'm sorry. Any more questions?"

Tarus nods to him."That should be all I need to know."He says as he leads the pony through the winding maze of passages within the cave. Soon he nears the fort, saluting a couple stationed guards as he walks inside.
