Behold! The Save.
Not too much interesting happened. Did not get to expand the tower much, spent most of the time fixing little things up. Added a gate for the trade depot, and cleared out a bunch of trees from the surface so it is accessible. Hopefully now we'll get some caravans, as I never saw one this year.
Defeated two (I think) sieges and an ambush. Two successful moods. There is a huge backlog of caged zombie dwarves to dispose of. The militia needs to be rebuilt, it's down to about 5 archers at this point.
There are a few new forgotten beasts wandering around the caves right now. Something is rotting in the main stairwell, but I can't seem to find it. I think I found and buried all of the dwarves left on the surface.
Overall, things remain stable. Fun has been successfully averted for one more year.
