How does exploratoion work? Do i juse send explorers in diffrent directions?

I'm struggling with keeping my mining colony at low wealth btw. I have communism, 5000 wages, 10% wealth tax, all local laws (martial law only when crime gets a little higher). My focus is on industry. I have only resource building (no farms) and 10 ent facilities, cause those fockers were very unhappy at the beggining. I still get a lot of resources, but i guess it could be better.
Colony wealth capped at 103 for some time now.

Also I constructed some basic wells and iron mines so i can afford building those sweet farms we got.

Joined in as lexluthorz. I send you the defence treaty thingie (+applied for Illumination) and did all of the suggested taxes/laws/etc. Also started building hospitals, entertainment and polcie stations.

Your fleet has to be in open sea, not in the harbor then just move the army on top of the fleet.

In this pic, for example, if u want to board the army from Wessex your fleet has to in The Channel and not in the port of wessex
