No, it certainly wasn't. However; I am a forgiving empress and shall ignore this transgression for now. I must say I was hoping for something a little more refined in terms of poetry...

Once upon, they were close and good,
But now so alone, she only stood.

Together they had been through all,
Yet now she, so lone and small.

With hope and love they succeeded all,
And yet now abandoned, to be the thrall.

But still she waited upon the edge,
Praying in hope, to pass the ledge.

And still for time and time,
Alone she stood.

Eh, never done one of these before and didn't really prepare for it either...

Though it is unrequired I would also like to join the slam poetry if there is still an empty slot.

Your Divine Empress Jaina will now send now send out a request for suggested names for the empire. All suggestions will be given due consideration, but the final choice shall lay with me. If I feel none of the suggested names are sufficient I will create a name on my own!

This is open to all members of the empire.

Answer with the truth. it's likely to get you to someone in command faster. Tell them that your group suddenly just appeared here from the middle of a battlefield and you have no idea what's going on.

Have a wounded man who is capable of standing go forward and approach them. Base your next reaction upon how they treat him.

((while not part of the plan yet, I suggest the theme song for this rp be Gentlemen's Coup by Rise Against))

Study the layout of the the guard's movements in the square. Be prepared so that when you know the moment of his highest vulnerability, cause a distraction nearby with the pistol. While guards are distracted have comrade Winston sneak up and stab Ameoth to death. Be prepared to kill him to cover your ass if he can not escape under the cover of "patriotism". Do not reveal the fact you will kill a security leak.

Take the road to the left, stay in the forest though to avoid being spotted. As the indigenous people have not been seen yet, we do not know if they are hostile yet. have two men 15 yards ahead of the group and two men five yards behind scouting for ambushes

Stand, immediately begin to marshal the soldiers about you into a group, assign people to positions in a squad and begin searching the immediate area in pairs. Before that though, check for wounded and treat them. Ensure loyalty and bonds.

As the relief group comes forward and begins taking fire, lob a series of grenades into the machine gun nest while running forward to attempt to bash in the door. The grenades will provide distraction enough to protect you from attack for the time needed to reach the cover flush against the door. Your relief troops will draw their fire long enough for you to get the grenades in there in the first place.
