Trying to feed a post-surgery doggo pills teaches you things you never knew about her. She's stopped falling for "put the pill in pepperoni" so we had to figure out another method, which ended up "slather it in peanut butter". That worked!

It also taught us that she belches a LOT after she eats peanut butter. Like. Damn, girl, I'm happy you're taking your pills, but you sound like someone kicked a clown in the balls.

I paid like 50$ for a thermos, once. Still have it, but.

It's also a 40oz massive MF who keeps things insanely on-temp for entire days. So no regrets, but I can't imagine just buying A Cup for that much dosh.

Looks like YouTube has once again stepped up its advertisement bullying. Now it's given me a warning that I have three more videos until I have to disable adblock or else the player gets turned off.

Which is either a total bluff, or it can be circumvented with incognito, or uBlock is gonna get an even bigger spike in popularity.

Regardless, I don't see this going very well for the ol' Y-T
If you ignore it, it'll shut you down in 3 videos.

They're in an ongoing war with Ublock for it.

So far, the record for "time Ublock is down" is a few hours, for the reason of "The Ublock team were asleep."

It's very funny to me.

I recently ran out of bullion cubes for ramen(Don't judge me I'm poor) and had to pick up a new brand from Cosco called "Better Than Bullion." Wasn't cheap, but it's Cosco, so it was cheap per pound. Chicken, veggie, and beef flavors. First, I tried the chicken one, and it was pretty alright! Not astounding, like, 7/10. Notably above the average crap you can make in the kitchen, but not "Blow your socks off." Vegetable? Haven't tried it yet.

But the beef stuff? I dumped a heaping teaspoon into 2 packages of top ramen with a teaspoon of butter, soy sauce, noodle base, worschtershire sauce, and garlic powder(all the last eyeballed) and the flavor packets from the top ramen, and it was heavenly. The bullion managed to soak up the butter and massively enrich all the mingling umami flavors going on and enhance the experience. Chopped some deli ham into it that I boiled with the noodles, and well...

It's summer and I am too hot to wear any clothes.

I still want another piping hot bowl of that.

My common sense is warring with my stomach. But in a good way!

I'm going to be honest, the savings on kibble and house upkeep mean I just let my cats do cat things. The only time I've felt guilty is when a kitten did a full...

Something like five laps around the house chasing a mouse until it fell over then came and meowed at me to say "Human! The toy stopped! Fix it, that was fun!"

And then I felt bad enough to put the mouse outside. It was alive, just terminally exhausted. And probably terrified out of its wits.

Kitty did not know how to kill things at all.

The other cat we have doesn't leave dead mice anywhere though. He just eats them, former street cat who came off the street fat as fuck and uninjured. Very good hunter.

This is leaving out the question of is an ice cream sandwich a sandwich? It has no bread and is two cookies on the opposite sides of a lump of ice cream. Cookies definitely aren't bread.

BTW despite being 100 pages and about 30% of the way, the book's title is still "placeholder title".
Think about it like this, Max.

Bioware, one of the biggest story focused publishers in the video game industry these days with a huge amount of money, named the world of Dragon Age "Thedas."

Why?

THE Dragon Age Setting.

T H E D A S

You are fine on names.

Today I learned I apparently live in a superposition of states.  I don't even know how the service to which this applies got this information:

Quote from: My Location?
United States of America Europe/Madrid
Ah, I see the US conquered Europe while I wasn't looking.

I suppose it's a change from bits of Europe conquering other bits of Europe?

Unfortunately, the article does not state what kind of radiation they emit.
If it's α, then it's reasonably safe, unless worn on face.
If it's β, then it's not great, but not too dangerous, unless in high intensity.
If it's γ or neutrons, then it is certainly damaging, how much depends on intensity.
If some exotic radiation, such as -β or anything else, then I do not know.

Well, 5G is technically also radiation, but microwave, which to organic tissue only causes direct heating, and is safe at normally used intensities.
From the article:
"The products identified included an "Energy Armor" sleeping mask, bracelet and necklace."

Emphasis mine.
So yeah. On the face. All night. Terrible idea.

Just call all humans "Meatbag". It's completely viable, and accurately describes everyone!

Apparently there was.

And since movie makers can't make games it makes sense it's up to the game creators to make movies. What could go wrong?
Seems to have worked out decently enough for Kojima?

You can use Diplomacy to demand cash from the Defenders, and they cannot split from you, so bullying them for wonga is completely valid and basically required.

My Happy today is very, very simple. Gavin, AKA Miracle of Sound, has released a new song.

The game he's worked on?

Well, the name should give you a hint.

Big Guts And Bigger Guns.

Wait, is that the second or third carrier the crow plague's put out of action? Pretty sure there was already two, just not sure if that's one of the two or another one.
Reported as first one

There are, like, 4? 5? So it's a pretty big deal
Eleven CV are currently in service in the USN.

That said, the military's pretty fucking harsh on "No you WILL obey" so quarantine will likely be pretty easily enforced.

Or if it's marines, you bribe them with crayons.
