MOWEAttempt to be optemistic is crushed to bits. Thank you. It's still a win for me. I figured you out, scum.there's no harm for scum in being obvious if they still win the game— next time press your suspicions more proactively.

4mask, MOWE, I'm sorry.Don't worry about it. It's fine.
I thought I could play this on a phone and I couldn't.
Sorry.
Group 2: Since you are the most experienced team, who do you think is scummiest right now? From the POV of MOWE: NQT. So essentially group 4. He's using a pressure vote on a team that just now has a player in the game, which Nerjin had voted on before, so is basically bandwagoning. I don't remember the rest of his team doing anything noteworthy so I'll have to judge them based on him and I haven't really seen any scumtells.
Your play is very passive: your team hasn't said anything in nearly 24 hours and you just pop in and answer some questions. How do you foresee winning this?Well i forsaw winning this while okaying most of my movements with my teammates, as I did in GBAU. I'm not one to take initiative to do anything for fear of messing up, especially when my actions affect others. Since my leader is otherwise occupied and my other teammate has limited access, I'm by myself. I haven't wanted to make any moves without my teammates knowing about it, but since they're absent, I'll do my best to win it for them.
Also, Everyone (including my teammates): What is the one thing you look for on day one as a surefire scumtell? Why do you look for this over others? Do you believe that scumhunting on day one makes a difference, or is it meaningless noise? Do you believe it is better to push the veterans or the new players to try and crack them with scumhunting? Why?Exteme defensiveness. In other words, trying to defend against someone's accusation when there isn't one. I look for this because it's extremely likely that beginner scum might be so parinoid that they see what isn't there. It's not surefire though, but I don't think any scumtell really is. Scum hunting on day one does make a difference. Asking/answering all of these questions, trying to stay looking like town is a lot to focus on and it could cause the scum to slip because there's so much going on. So do I think that scumhunting on day one can yield results. I think one could get more reaction from pressuring a fairly new player, but the results might not necessarily mean scum. Veterans probably know how to handle pressure extremely well, so it might not work so well with them. Pressuring might yield results, but not much.
MOWEI did, actually. I assume you're talking about my relationship with him in RL, yes? While I know him extremly well in RL, I've only played mafia with him once about six months ago. I'm afraid I'm not sure how he plays mafia, since he didn't play very much in the game we were in together. This is my logic. Or were you talking about something else? And yet group 3 contains Nerjin who you of course have the most experience with. Did you really think that response through?Group 2 ~ which team do you foresee being hardest to read?I'd say, for me, group three because I've had the least experience with the people in it.
I agree completely.Group 4: Do you think that voting as a group is better than voting individually in a normal game? Why or why not?A group vote is more powerful as you can draw on the combined wisdom of your team-mates to make a good choice. Do you disagree?
Group 2 : Which group do you think is hardest to predict, and which do you think will contribute the most to the scumhunt?Judging by what's happened so far, I'd say that group one is the hardest to predict because they haven't been around much. The group that seems to have contributed most would be group 4. They've been around a bit more than others and NQT has contributed most to the scum hunt thus far.
Group2: RVS sparks smalltalk, which leads to general discussion of strategy and emotional tells. What makes RQS or very pointed questions more viable for scumhunting?Personally, I find it hard to keep up a lie when so much is going on. When you have to constantly answer questions that require much thought, it's hard to focus on keeping up the lie and it's more likely one will make a slip.
Group 2: Why are you worrying about pressure votes in a game of such short length?I, MOWE, asked this question for 2 reasons.
Group 2:: What differences in town and scum play do you think will happen here?I think town would be a bit more focused and efficient with three voices to one vote, eliminating some errors made by single voters (i.e. misreading something). Scum will probably be able to blend in better also because there are three voices beind one vote, stamping out the scumminess behind the vote.
Team 2 consisting of Mastah, MOWE, and 4maskI think that you would be most dangerous scum because you're experienced and I've only played a game with you once. I'd have to say NQT would be a very helpful townie because of his method of scumhunting that I've seen before.
I've seen all of you around. Yet in this game I don't have much to go on I'm afraid. So I will ask you the same question I asked team one.
TEAM 2: Of the players currently in the game who do you think will be the biggest threat to you if they were on the opposing team and who do you think will be the most helpful to you even if they are on a different team, but still allied with you?
group 2: What is your tactic for finding out which group is scum?Well I think the usual scumhunting tactics are in order. Ask questions, watch everyone closely, find scummy things about them... Although it'd be a bit more complicated because an entire group is scum, so while one member might be extremely scummy, others might seem like town.
Here are my notes for anyone who wants to see them.I forgot to say this earlier: that is an amazing technique. I hope you don't mind if I borrow it.
Hmm, 4.5 hours in and no posts yet, let's hope that's just a timezone thing: it's 10.30 AM here and I'm ready to hunt scum. The game started at about 2 am for me. It is now 9.
Group 2 ~ which team do you foresee being hardest to read?I'd say, for me, group three because I've had the least experience with the people in it.
Could someone please explain to me how lynching a claimed cop at mylo could possibly be the correct move? There were two people claiming cop. We lynched the one we thought was lying because, y'know. He acted like a scum.
