Teleportation should come in handy later on, although I can't say when I'll next get much done on the Vaults.

My reactions have become fast enough to catch toast out of the toaster.

* Arx laughs madly!

Not every time, though.

It's been like that for the last 4 days.
Which is conveniently the length of time I haven't had internet access. I just assumed it was relatively recent because no-one posted it here; thanks for telling me.

Nyeh. Don't really like it, but don't feel like working on it any more.

I'm just an emotional floppy fish. >_<
Watch me flop and tumble and floppity flop.

* Arx carefully returns Tiruin to the water.

Why does so much music have choir sections with no lyrics? I want more Latin chants, darn it! Also the awesome factor would go up by a huge amount.

Thirty-year-old, hardback Harvard University Press copy of Lanman's A Sanskrit Reader for $11 with free shipping? Yes, please. Never mind that I can check out my uni library's copy whenever I damn well please.

(I don't really have space for all these books, and I certainly don't need them...)

The only reasons not to buy books are if you can't afford them, or if you already own a copy you like better (and even so, if you like the new one...).

I met 23 awesome and talented people on the trip to another city I took for work reasons. I hit it off with some of them, made friends, etc.

I'll never see any of them again.

2000km and 6 hours later, I have hacked together a speech, drunk a cup of tea and discovered I don't have 'net access aside from my phone, and that's limited.

Only the first part of that's happy, so...

Compensation: I am within a short distance of the city I spent the first 11 years of my life in, and will get to see my old house!

On my way to a city 2000km away, where I will have to do a whole bunch of assignments, and two speeches. The kicker? I only discovered one of those speeches 30 minutes before leaving, and it may or may not be due second thing tomorrow morning. The alternative is that it's due the day after tomorrow, in which case I'm clear, but...

Terror, weeeee~!

Annie's turn to be angry at tRotD, it seems.

Dark all the way. As dark as possible. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to actually buy brands fancy enough to actually market their cocoa percentage, although I occasionally acquire some as a gift for services rendered.

Milk chocolate's pretty good. Don't really like white too much, but I'll eat it if I have it.
