Saw "The Ghost in the Shell". Odd thing to be refreshed by, but I rather liked how small the final action scene was compared to the usual mainstream action/sci-fi/superhero film final scene. Like, there was just one _______, while most Hollywood films would think using six was restrained.

Didn't like the new Major, who is now basically Adam "I Didn't Ask For This" Jensen now. The rest of section nine - bloody nailed it, though. Batou was very... Batou-ish, for instance. Also fond of Aramaki.

Now accepting bets on how many assassins survived episode 3 ending.

... and I'm nigh bald again! Got a really short buzz cut again, that is.

Corruption is the same the world over.

If it works, don't change it, right?

All that community service money must have been transfered to Moscow - they're been replacing elevators and underground water/electricity/I-dunno-what-exactly communications here everywhere for the past several years straight.

Half my street has been dug up for some sort of repairs for past 15 years - that's as long I live in my current place of residence, three quarters my life.
On the other hand, they do get some shit done across the city. Although I'm still pissed everytime I see community workers pouring asphalt in a pothole literally filled with water or snow - the money we roll into the roads in this country is insane, but most of it diverges into private pockets. Shame, really. How do we even start to fix a system that's untouchable from the top, inaccessible from the bottom and has rotten parts all over the middle?

Tomorrow will be 1st April and it's started snowing in my city (I live in Tyumen, it's near Yekaterinburg).

I started to hate winters; since all that shit started to happen in Ukraine, the local government stopped giving a fuck about the fucking ice! I still remember how I was almost crouching while going to school because nobody even tried to clean the path from the ice. I miss 2010-2013 so much, It was the best period in my short life...

Mild snow in Moscow last two days, too.

Assuming you recalled the start of Ukraine crisis as a time benchmark, because otherwise I see no connection between that and poor community service.
Also, it might've been best period in your life so far, which doesn't necessarily means everything from there must be downhill. Hang in there in your snowy wasteland enchanting wilderness, man.

I audibly chuckled at some of those.

I have, over the course of a month, consumed like a kilogram of honey by making black tea with lemon slice and a teaspoon of it. This is my favorite sweet beverage. Can't stop, won't stop.

146
It was a joke dude.

Goddamit why do I fail to register those.
My bad.

Lay off that German clay, will ya? It's 2017, if a landmass wishes to express itself on the internet, let it.

Re: username choice
One of our teachers in high school used to call out people adressing them as "Comrade X.", where X stood for the first letter of the surname, and then the whole class of like 40 people played a fun game of guessing which one of us was it. We actually enjoyed that. Thus, I was Comrade P., but I was not the only one.

Exactly what she said, too!
I've always wondered how to feel snow, and by just seeing it in many situations, I can imagine its feel.

...It's like cold, hard/soft detergent bars, right? :D Or that really soft shaved ice bits?

Theoretically, if it's snowy outside, you dress in such a manner that you do not get any on your skin.

If snow is gently falling upon you in big flakes, it feels like soft cold touches of heaven. Blizzard, on the other hand, can feel like ice cold very coarse sandpaper continuously and vigorously rubbed against any exposed patch of your skin. Wet snow feels like misery - ditto, Giglamesh.

Jump good is clearly OP.

Also, while we're remembering the oldies, Jack apparently got along with footwear different from his wooden sandals - he wore those heavy armored boots, after all, despite previous ineptitude with them.
