You shamble around and find a human trader. 13 daggers are held by a wide sash, a mean revolver on his hip also looks fearsome; heavy fingerless gauntlets and rough leathery high boots. He seems to be in a good mood - since his purse is so tight that it seems it is going to explode.
- Wildlands? Well, I tell you, they are called wild for reason. A bunch of werewolves attacked us just last night. Too bad we were awake and had guns loaded with silver. They say out there that this land is full of places and beasts of intrest - but if you value your life a bit more than dust under your feet, you'd better watch out of those.
He looks around like if someone could be spying him changes to whisper:
- They say that necromancers and liches are still alive there and I swaer I saw undead out there.
((Armored guy is standing right in front of citadel. Literally. The opened maw of it's frontgate is behind him))
Now about the dragon. He breathes fire on the battlefield:
[d100/2 roll rounded down for casualities: 18/2 = 9] Nine elves are living torches
Brave elves are returning fire - rifles, pistols and even some machineguns are making a rain of steel:
[100 overshots (6) are needed to bring the dragon down. Each overshot hits his weak spot - maw or eye or joint of scales]
4x50d6 are rolled (can't roll 200 d6 on random.org):
20 x [1]
28 x [2]
40 x [3]
44 x [4]
32 x [5]
36 x [6]
You look out of the window. Aww, not the best view to enjoy. You are now going through the ruined countryside. Villages are ravaged there, some just burned to ashes. Fields that once made several harvests in a year are now resemble an ashen desert. That looks like you have just entered the halflings realm. You see some refugees walking along the railroad - those are whole families of workless farmers, craftsmen and other folks that used to live here. Gruesome sight.

- I have all of them - everything that is in civil use, at least.
He throws a quick evaluating gaze at you.
- Let me offer you that wonderful carapace.
- That is fine piece of men's armor - light enough to wear every day, hard enough to protect you from a gunshot made point-blank.
[In gameplay terms: coverage - 50% (d2 flip for hitting the armor in long-range combat, overshot still kills instantly, but if the armor is hit, grants -2 nerf to the attack; in close-quaters grants permanent -2 nerf)]
Off for about 18 hours.
