I'm still waiting for us to metaship ships with each other again.  That was fun and not retarded at all.  (half that statement is true)

If we're actually going to discuss ships, is Tavros/Vriska a thing that might happen?  Or have we seen that played out with Vriska crushing on nonreciprocative Tavros then Tavros crushing on dismissive Vriska?  It *could* be building up to them both growing the hell up and forming a relationship not built on abuse.  Realistically though, I don't think it's worth the remaining time in the narrative.  Tavros already had his crowning moment of actual self-respect and ditching Vriska.  I don't think he's going to play much role in the coming events.

I'm honestly not sure at this point. I mean, we had the dreambubble introspective stuff, but that's been retconned out, so yeah, it's probably just gonna be the same old Vriska/Tavros shit because this Vriska never got the chance to have those bombs dropped on her. I'm sad at all the lost character development, and unless the DB Vriska has the memory leaking thing that the doomed dreamrose did, I don't see much happening there.

Edit:
Do you want me to run the shipalyzer again? I can if you want. I could even plot the ship number changes over time in a nice graph, if you wish.
Oh, I'd hate to bother you; the shipalyzer is an amazing device, and I liked looking at the impressive shipping charts, but I did so in the way a six-year-old generally uses a tattered deck of Top Trumps: by pointing at very high numbers and giggling inanely.
It really is no bother. I'm pretty sure that everyone used it the same way (I sure as hell did), and it gives me something to tinker with and refine, which I enjoy. Plus, it gives me more projects to work on, and an incentive to do them, which is always good.

Entirely my fault, really. Let's talk about shipping instead. What is shipping "high" today? Is Dave/dave still going strong? What about Dave/dave/dave? Is Dirkjake still very sad and tragic?

"FUCK THAT HUR-*ahem* That just won't do, will it. I rather need that leg."
Etszu warps a new leg from the stump of his old one.

Good news, everyone! Turns out that the lag was just caused by the server being up for so long. I restarted it, it should be all fine now.
Ah, thank you!
I'll be on soon!

Creme eggs 'bout to get buggered harder than the lapin protagonist of a lion on rabbit slashfic.
That is... certainly an analogy.

Why not put it somewhere you couldn't reach it?
It is worse than this, if I have a direct line across my bedroom, I can get up, turn it off, and flop back in bed without waking up. I have to make sure I have to navigate to my alarm. Also, the plug can't be accessible easily or I'll just unplug it and go back to bed. Also, also. I'll completely turn it off, even if it has a massive snooze button.
I'm worse. I once put my alarm under my desk (well outside arm's reach), surrounded by junk, and completely covered, and I still managed to turn it off in my sleep. At this point I'm pretty sure that I wake up fully, walk over, turn it off, and go back to sleep without me remembering it, because, as far as I'm aware, sleepwalking-turning-off-my-alarm me has all the knowledge of awake me, and I can't really think of a better explanation. If I move my alarm, it takes me at most a day to begin to turn it off in my sleep again. It's goddamn spooky.

Well I've finally managed to hack out the next chapter:

It is, of course, also available in the big HTML doc too: https://googledrive.com/host/0B3Z9sXPTD9rpN2owNGdVWmdFWXM/agp.html
Amazing. Just... amazing.

It's bout gotta be Vriska.

I mean... We did just see John knocking her out with a well-timed Egbert punch. She's probably going to be alive now in the timeline and primed to do damage.
I swear, if John broke her neck because of Mangrit...

I need to put more thought into this theory. Could actually work. Will post results.
Alright, here we go:

"the curtains closed early" :
The War-wary Villein's rebellion was cut short early by Jack Noir, which was the end to his role in Skaia, and the kid's session, barring his sendificator being used to let Jack into the troll's session. Other than his messages to John, he didn't do much of import past that point.

Traits:

Bold: He led an assault on the Black king, a towering behemoth, followed only by Pawns, all on his own. He's nothing if not bold.

Wily: He united all the pawns of Skaia, something that was completely unexpected and led the attack on the King. He is most definitely "skilled at gaining an advantage" (Google).

"Blind spot": He had little relevance to the Condesce, being a mere Pawn, and would easily have been omitted from plans considering the fact that A. He was punched through the gut by Noir, and thus could be expected to die, and B. he's a Pawn, a weakling, a tool to be used and then discarded. She forgot him because for near all cases, he can be expected to be powerless.

"not about to take the verdict of paradox space lying down.": He's motherfucking WV. He united both sides of the war over Skaia in one moment.

Plucky: This does not need to be said. The sheer look of pure hate and determination on his face at around 1:40 when he Rises Up is worth more than words can convey.

I say the Mayor is the hero. Remember what he did in WV?: Rise up.

Also, the wallet is needed to store something BIG. Five bucks it's the meteor. Alternatively: Fat Vriska Joke.
