In almost every world I get a book titled "The Book" and is about a book that the same person wrote. Once I got a book about a book about a book. Like Bookinception or something.

Was a vampire and killing people in a human fort, and I killed someone in one of the lookout towers. I walked down the staircase, then I saw, "The flying John Doe corpse strikes you in the head, the arm etc.." and I died somehow. Later I read the legends and it said, "Killed by a flying object", so I suppose I got crushed by a dead guy then...

I was looking for a vampire once, and I came across two bowmen in a house and asked them to join.  Then I kept looking for the vampire.  I just couldn't find him.  Then it occurred to me - one of my bowmen was the vampire.  I guess accuse someone before asking them to join, just to be sure.
A vampire companion, especially one that can fight, is a very worthwhile companion, for they won't be killed as easily, and are usually very experienced in their field. Besides, you can get rid of them anytime you want by accusing them in safe locations.

I was in a town, and I had just gotten several quests to kill some criminal leaders. As my group was walking through the town, the announcement, "The Hammerman is no longer enraged" appeared. At first I thought it was a glitch because I didn't have any companion hammermen, and there were none nearby. Later, when I talked to someone in the town, the option of Spreading the News appeared even though I didn't do anything, and when I did, the guy thanked me for killing the criminals. This was a new world, so I never did anything in the city, and also the guy did say that there were multiple gangs in one dungeon, so is it possible that the two crimnal groups attacked each other?

This reminds me of time where I went and got a demon prisoner as a companion. So after he joined, our group proceeded to some nearby lair to kill a werewolf. Upon entering, the werewolf said the usual things, but then the demon started breathing something, and the announcements said, "The swordsman is caught in a cloud of boiling maroon demon extract, you are caught in a cloud etc...", except nothing happened. To make a long story short, the demon ended up running in and punching the werewolf's head off. Later after I fast traveled to a nearby village, it said that I had a fever and my speed was like 50% lower. I tried sleeping and waiting, but the symptoms stayed. Later, I set off again because I figured that the symptoms really didn't do much. Suddenly, while fast traveling, I was ambushed by goblins, and they proceeded to kill my companions. I was smirking and sitting back because I thought the demon would slaughter them, except he didn't do ANYTHING! He just stood still while we were getting slaughtered, and was ignored by the goblins. Now I keep on thinking that the demon had planned this from the start, first by making my companions slower in a place where it could seem like an accident, then planning for the goblins to attack when in the forest so that he could return to his former civilization. Guess all demons are devious creatures that can't be trusted.

I was in a cave, and I was bored because I ran out of kobolds to kill, and also I wanted to see if you could catch on fire, so I lit a campfire below myself somehow. I think it was because I was standing on a plant. And then, since I was bad at the game, I forgot how to alt-move out, so I bled to death while my companions just stood around doing nothing.

Well, dungeons are really fun to explore. Your companions CAN enter by themselves, by the way. Just get them close to the door and wait a bit. Poor fellow will get all the arrows for you.

Another variant - to become like, really badass. Myself, I specialize in cleaning sewers and dungeons for endless fun (not so endless when every master-level bandit is dead). Even got a decent party of legendaries by going through an endless massacre.

Also, copper armor? You was not ready for severs yet. Get iron and and train armor user on bandits for speed.

I suppose that waiting works, but they never seem to enter the trapdoors.
