Naw I ain't gonna go to war with people, for the most part I don't expect to be around people enough for it to ever come up though I may do a small bounty hunting side business to kill player killers.
Also 3man, please try to remember things properly if your going to bring them up.

Not a big fan of hunting but I don't hate it.

No I'm serious on that. I've fallen out with more then 1 friend about it in the past. You don't kill an animal just so you can wear it's fur.

Don't really want one. Killing animals to wear the fur is a barbaric practice in any universe. Thanks.

DayZ is a bit rough. You don't get any time to warm up your just dropped in to survive or die and if your unlucky enough to drop into a server full of asses then you get hunted down like a dog.

He might succeed, or at least persuade her that you should be pitied rather then beheaded and she'd remember your name so she could have you put in a looney bin for a psych eval once the games over.

I've said several times that my dad took me hunting, I did say in a game I was against killing animals for the fur because it was barbaric but then I said after that I wasn't against hunting as long as you used the whole animal.

Uhh well my character has morals.... I can hardly ignore it if I come across you robbing or killing people. It's hardly going to be just me plenty of the npc's will do exactly the same thing if they spot you doing it.

Price of playing an amoral character.

No fun? I'm still going to be killing things I'm just not going to rob and kill other players or intentionally drag fights out to torment animals.

And I've been hunting as well, my dad took me on a few holidays and I had fun doing it but I was very particular about ensuring a clean kill.

Lol in Dayz i just played Ghillie Sniper and wasn't good or evil. Sometimes I shot people at 500 meters for no reason other times I gave them stuff.

It's still something to keep in mind, maybe not for you guys but my character will behave no different in the game then she would in real life.

In this game smart ass. If you spend years without any breaks behaving that way it would alter your personality.

A few hours a day on a video game is a little different from a life or death game that could last years.

Still if you let your personality get warped in a game you'll be just as warped when the games over. So just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

Your welcome to kill it, I'll escort you into the next life in a swift and humane manner for it, but your welcome to do it.

They're designed for use in an agile and graceful manner, constantly spinning and turning coming at them from different angles bringing the blades in from constantly shifting attack patterns. They offer bugger all in the way of defense but they're fantastic offensive weapons if you have the agility and speed to use them.

Lol that's fine then. I have no problems with recruiting men for the 2 of you to form your tanking parties, you could use them to create ranged units as well to give you guys fire support my people won't be the dedicated support type.

They're more the dodging in and out of combat quickly type just getting in for a few quick hits then dodging out to come in against at a different angle. Fae blades can be used to parry or deflect and could block a melee attack but they're designed for agility rather then defense.

What do the 2 of you want to call the guild? I had 1 name in mind but I don't think it'd suit you 2 so I can use it for my sub guild and pick a name you guys like for the guild as a whole. I have a motto in mind for my portion as well.

Well looks like I'm working with Unholy and Elves. The rest of you seem to be going for criminal characters which rules out working with you apart from isolated occasions when circumstances dictate. And I plan to do the quests to advance things as well so 2 groups will be more efficient.
I don't mind killing it for food just make it a quick death.

It's only cruelty if you make the animal suffer the animals rights laws define it as that for animals bred for food. Keeping them in conditions that cause suffering or killing them in and inhumane manner is cruelty.

Killing them in a humane manner is not classed as animal cruelty.

We don't have horses yet which means we can only take the supplies we can carry on our packs because we can't take carts into a forest. Horses can cover the ground with us which vastly increases how long we can operate before returning to town.

Each horse can carry 2 days supplies for the company so buying 5 gives us a 10 days supply before we need to return to town then we'd still have just under 10 more days to do a second run if needs be.

Buy 5 horses and fully load them with supplies. Go to the forest and search for the bandits camp, keep the spearmen with the main party and use crossbow men as scouts.

Thats what Blitz decided for it, even if it's smaller it changes nothing I'd still take exactly the same amount of time to do all the mining anyway.

Don't bring up that barbaric religious practice with me. I accept other peoples religious beliefs but that doesn't mean I like it.

It kind of depends on the 2 of you.
Your both tanks which is very useful to me since my all female guild was to be all blade dancers and then just hire defenders from other guilds to tank for us when we need it, but if you 2 want to join I can always recruit men to form the defensive units.

As for animal used for food? They're killed in a manner which prevents them from suffering, they don't even feel it. I don't love the idea but I can accept it. Beating animals on the other hand is just cruel and I can't accept.

Depends what your robbing it for, to have fried dinosaur egg then no, to raise them ourselves as companions to fight with us I have no issues with it as long as you don't kill the parents in the process. Or at least if you have no choice that you kill it quickly and don't make it suffer.

The 3 of us all have smithing skills and mining skills as well which is very useful in a guild and would save us needing to buy in equipment. Mine is more refined then the 2 of you since you have general smithing where as mine is weapon and armor individually but that just means I'd forge our gear and the officers gear since I can do it to a higher standard more easily while the 2 of you do the rest.

If he hurts it to capture it then it will leave some wound on it so unless he's then going to pay somebody to treat it to remove all it's wounds and signs of wounds which would then mean he had to charge more and probably end up with me just finding my own it's more cost effective for him not to harm it.
Plus I have detection and Appraisal as skills meaning I'm very very good at noticing small signs around me or on things I'm looking at, it's how I'm able to locate rare ores with such efficiency I combine those 2 skills.
I'm pretty sure I'd notice recent wounds.

I have the skills to capture them myself if I need to but if he can capture them in an acceptable manner it gives me more time for mining and I can trade equipment for the animals. It'd probably be more efficient for both of us that way especially if I find some ores that are particularly durable.
A tank could certainly find uses for armor that takes the mother of all beatings without a dent.
