The other spear hits and does nothing.

Another of Oromis's stone attaches to the ground ands ends sharp spikes of towards Ascen!
[21+10] VS [27+15] Ascen dodges.

Ascen blasts Oromis with the freeze ray

My, what a wide array of powers. Let's start with simple stuff.

Addiction (Nicotine) [-5]

Now for his sound abilities. They all rely on his guitar, and so all get a Trigger limitation for -20%. They also get a Nuisance Effect for -5%, because guitar music is going to "limit stealth and attack enemies".

Not sure what that thing about collecting energies is.

As for the Enormous effects...just...
Now, it's obvious that not all of these are going to fly at once. But, if we say that he can only do one "super-song" at a time, we can massively reduce point costs by using the Alternative Abilities rules, reducing the total cost to merely 62+8+6+5+4+4+3=92 for all abilities I can comprehend. He has 23 points left, which I'll kindly assume is enough for the...weird effects.

Grimrick needs to consume both tobacco and alcohol daily; if he fails to consume one, he must make a Health roll to avoid suffering the equivalent of a point of damage plus any other withdrawal symptoms the GM feels appropriate; failing to do either means rolling for both! Also, in the presence of alcohol, he must roll to resist partaking and going on a binge. Oh, and if he keeps up the drinking, he's going to need to worry about losing stats eventually. Don't do drugs, kids.
Grimrick takes half penalties for low light. More interestingly, though, he can create a variety of effects with his guitar. He can only do one at a time, though--he can't heal while boosting allies' stats or make attacks while generating illusions. Also, don't try to be sneaky.
Grimrick may start all of his sentences with "Me Grimrick".
