Well, org has been and gone without posting, so I'm going to start doing rolls. No worries though org, if you post between now and tomorrow morning you're fine. Tomorrow morning is in 9 hours from this message's original timestamp for me.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I examine my lightsaber while sitting down. What would I do if someone cut my legs off? Can it light things on fire? Would it look wicked cool if I played guitar while swinging it around? I try and gain some more experience with my lightsaber by plain looking at it.
| You look at your lightsaber, imagining all the possible situations in which it could be used...
You gain lightsabering skill.
You are no longer dizzy.

I hurry back, like, REALLY fast.
|You hurry back, really, really, really fast. You zoom over the deck and | bounce off some rigging. You hover above the deck.
You gain flying skill.

I return to the ship, having forgotten all about the CPU, and attempt to gather parts in order to reconstruct my lightsaber into a dual-bladed one. Thats yellow.
|You take the last (yellow) lightsaber from the crate. You push the ends of the two together, but nothing happens. You throw the yellow lightsaber at the computer.| You miss.

I'll spend my turn gathering information: The ship upgrades available, the cost of the next type of ship, and perfectly legal trade routes. (Not that we need to trade, but all the fun places are along perfectly legal trade routes. Smugglers tend to be more paranoid, and more heavily armed.)
NO. NO. NO. NOOOO!!!
| You cheerfully set off towards the space station again. You walk to a map and look around for interesting things to visit. You decide to visit the shipyards. There are a few people walking about here. One of them recognises you as the infamous captain Nirur Torir and is naturally delighted to guide you around. He explains that all their stock is 100% Fergusian metals forged in the factories of Berriden, and of finest quality. He shows you some items. You see nothing wrong with them.
Spoiler: Stuff you can buy (click to show/hide)
Also, we insist on giving you 100 credits credit. If you could just sign this poster which says 'Nirur Torir shops here'
EDIT: You also get a booklet titled 'Trading in Cyclops for dummies infamous pirates'

I pick up the pieces of my red lightsaber, trying to salvage any still usable parts.
| You scurry around after the tiny components.| It's worse than you thought. Although you manage to gather most of the pieces together they appear to be molecularly tiny. There is no way you could rebuild this. Although you could use them to, say, join two sabers together?

Since I have some merchant skill now I'll try and sell off the alcohol.
| You take another unit of alcohol and go looking for buyers. You encounter a few people who seem slightly interested. They offer a price of 1.2 credits per unit.

I examine the ship's weapon systems, and attempt to learn to operate them.
I DO SO BY NOT ACTUALLY OPERATING THEM, ONLY EXAMINING.
| You examine the laser cannons. They look like some pretty sweet laser cannons. Ayup. You investigate the sight, and all the buttons and dials that can be used. Looks pretty easy.
You gain gunning skill.

The word 'kamikaze' springs to mind.
I cast Cakestein's Cakeluar reaction

Cakestein's Cakeluar reaction works on the principal of cake = cakemagic times the speed of cake caked. Needless to say this means that cake contains vast amounts of potential cake magic. Cakestein worked out a way to break down one crumb of cake into a crumb of lesser cake, releasing the lost cake as cakemagic. The real breakthrough was working out how to cause this cakemagic to break down surrounding crumbs into cakemagic as well, thereby causing an unstoppable chain reaction. The unleashed cake magic could flatten cities.
Some said he was mad...
He said that it's full potential would probably only be unleashed on a six.
They said, what?

You're not quite sure what to make of this.
And that's where you're wrong.
I prayed to extremus to burn mysterious potions that would do me harm, and the mule burst into flames. The potions remained intact.
There are two options here: The potions are fine, and the mule is poisoned OR extremus didn't go into my request.
If the mule is poisoned, then how? On the basis that un-burning blood can be seen, the poison is not in the blood. Mayhaps a mysterious potion was poured on it's skin? Or perhaps the mule's very flesh is poisoned. If the poison was poured on it's skin, I suspect it was attacked by a beast with poisonous saliva. Or perhaps it is some deadly-to-[mortals/humans/me] potion poured on the mule for it's benefit. This supports the 'undead mule' theory. Also the potion could be some anti-extremus potion, which is as far as I know the only thing that separates me from the-
tl;dr

...what?
Dude I'm not even reading what I'm writing here.
Oh. Ok then.

Throw clear liquid at !!mule!!

No mice? Don't all peasants carry mice with them for precisely this purpose?
Ah well.
Pray to extremus to BURN the ones that would cause my demise. THEN CHUG THE REST.

I fix the moving box.

Crumble bread>
Pour a (un)healthy dose of each liquid upon a few bread crumbs>
Lure mice to nibble at each type of (poisoned) bread.
Observe effects.

Quoting me, ROLLS ARE UP.

9790
Excellent, that's everyone. I think. Yes it is.
I shall do the rolls in 2 hours.

EDIT: Well OK, not everybody but org hasn't posted in 24 hours so he gets AI'd
Captain Nirur Torir shall now look for anyone willing to buy the wrecked ship he found.
Action: Help Nirur with whatever hes doing
|You are awakened by thunderclan pouring water over you. You sit up and listen to thunderclan jabber about how awesome you are.|Apparently you helped arrest some murderers or something, and now people think you're awesome. You realise that your good fortune must be exploited, and so you offer your fans the exclusive chance to buy a space ship shot by Nirur Torir himself.
| A few people go with you to the ship, where they admire the lump of metal dangling behind the ship, and then walk off. A merchant offers you 600 credits for it and permission to set it up as a tourist attraction, which you accept.
(600 credits= Decent price).

I'll change my lightsaber colour to orange, and then start running around a bit, practising my endurance and (possibly) agility.
You swap your lightsaber for an orange one. |You in circles around the ship. Your endurance increases, but you get dizzy. -1 to physical actions next turn (like running or fighting)

Realizing that using the computer is pointless, I attempt to enter Smuggles and use the nearest internet cafe to surf various sites regarding CPU mantienance, since I need to try and lower the IDIOT_SHIELD on the ships CPU.
Internet (n.):
A system of global communication whereby multiple computers are linked together. Can still be found on earth, and other planets with large (100 million+) populations. Internet was much used on earth before 2010, and indeed was still used for a long time afterwards. However the difficulty of moving 'pure' information faster than light means that it doesn't even work within a single solar system, and over the span of the galaxy it would be silly.
See system libraries, fiber optics, and <2010 computers.

Tsk. Not that you could know. Anyway, you attempt to go to the nearest system library (digital libraries used within solar systems). | You walk down the gangplank and past the guard. He stops you and tells you that no weapons are allowed on the station.|You reply with an argument so well built that no counter argument could ever be formulated |. The guard's brain lapses into unconsciousness before your reasoning can do to much damage. Unfortunately you completely forget to go inside.

I practice my agility.
|You do stretches and stuff, and jump over astronautical equipment on the deck. You even swing around on some rigging, jumping from one rope to - the cold dark abyss of space. Oops. | You fly off the ship. Before anyone can activate the gravity rescue systems you fly out of the biosphere. You hold your breath and try to swim back. Which is surprisingly easy. But despite your speed you run out of breath. You take a deep breath of cold hydrogen. Or not. It appears you have taken a sphere of air with you. On account of your innate magical abilities.
Sweet!

I now disassemble one of the lightsabers, carefully studying its mechanics and storing every single piece of it. I don't want a small but important part to vanish in some corner, after all.
|You break open the red lightsaber. Pieces fly everywhere.
Try and be more careful next time.

If I am in, I'll take two lightsabers (one green, one blue), turn them off, pocket them, and go see if I can figure out the ship's computer. Preferably without being labeled IDIOT.
You run after Nirur Torir and thunderclan. You explain that you have wanted to be a pirate ever since you got dumped here, and Nirur lets you join the crew. |You gleefully grab two lightsabers (yellow, white) and take a look at the ships computer. You wisely don't press buttons at random, and the computer just beeps at you. It's a simple thing, controlling the ships steering mechanisms and keeping the ship on a pre-set course. It seems pretty easy to operate.

Org trains his lightsabering.
| Org takes a powerful swing at the training dummy, which parries his blow. Unfortunately the parrying mechanism is a little fragile, and the saber arm goes limp.

The cold hand of death is upon this thread...

Anyway. I accuse Pandarsenic:
First to post.
Asked a silly question which takes attention away from the fact that people have been murdered and rather focuses on game mechanics.
Confusing on day 1
Pot shots are as good as any right now seeing as 3 townies have died, but no mafias.

Room for one more, perchance? I could be one of the two willing to give up life on Smuggles.
Sorry, those two are people who already asked to join. And there is an 8 man limit on the morning star.
But perhaps you would like the feeling of power gotten from playing as an NPC? The current one is taken, but there will be many more.
