Clearly my life is not EXTREME enough.
I will go to Rodel. EXTREMELY.

I pray to Extremus to teach me the way of setting fire to stuff with the power of my mind.

I set fire to the note with the power of my mind.
Outside.

Excellent that's all six.
I attempt to disable the computers IDIOT SHEILD and wiether I am sucessful or not, uproot the CPU from the ship and bring it onto the teddy bear thing.
I'll take a lightsaber, and watch over Katsuun while he fiddles with the computer. If he does anything that I think is very stupid, I'll stop him from breaking the computer.
Thank heavens for Cheeetar, because |. Katsuun grabs a lightsaber and starts hacking at the navigation system. Cheeetar rushes over to stop him. He manages to stop katsuun from doing too much damage. | Katsuun snarls and attacks cheeetar.| Cheeetar parries Katsuun's amateur attack, and the shock jars the lightsaber out of Katsuun's hand. Cheeetar shakes Katsuun around till he stops being silly.

I grab two lightsabers and try to turn them off for better transportation. I also carefully examine the sabers.
| Errol takes two lightsabers from the crate and looks at them. With a simple flick of a switch the whole pulsing-energy blade thing can be extended or retracted. They are powered by double D fuel cells, which won't run out in your lifetime. You swing them around to get a feel for them.

I take a yellow lightsaber and attempt to improve it's armour-piercing quality.
| You grab a lightsaber and investigate it's armour piercing qualities by hacking at a bit of wrecked spaceship. It takes a while but you finally manage to cut through...
Ayup.

I ask the guard about the rules concerning weapons on-board the station. If they're allowed, I'll grab one of our lightsabers.

Either way, even if those don't count as free actions, I'll look for somebody who is willing to buy the alcohol, and see what we can get for the alcohol.
You walk up to the guard.
"Those two better not bring it in here" he says, indicating cheeetar and katsuun.
"They won't" you reply. "Can we bring our sabers aboard?"
"Nope. No weapons on the station at all. You can leave them here and get them back when you leave. You shouldn't need them, no one but the guards have weapons"
You nod and walk back to the ship. |You take a few bottles of the cheap alcohol and head back to the station. The guard pats your pockets to check for weapons and then waves you through. You enter through an arch set in the fur of the bear. You emerge onto a well-lit tunnel. The walls are furry, the floor metal. There are metal doors set into the walls every now and then. Following the passage you pass a few guards and reach a balcony. Above you you can see balconies stretching up the length of the bear. Below you they stretch down and split into two at the legs. A sign informs you that the market is situated on the hip level. You locate a lift and head down. You quickly emerge into a much darker tunnel. The floor is dirty and the walls have been stripped of their fur. Hurrying along you | stumble across two men in dark clothing. 'Thieves!' you think, as they turn around. They grin at you and you see with growing distress that their teeth are bloodied.
"Help!" you cry. The men attack you | they were not expecting to be interrupted so their attacks are not as well coordinated as they might want, but the man on the left (man1) cuts you in the arm. Just as you are thinking of giving up you hear heavy footsteps coming towards you. The men turn, listen for a moment, and then flee, but not soon enough, for soon after two armoured teddies jump over you and strike them down.
At this point you lose conciousness.

I train with the lightsaber. Then I get a few pirates and we train shooting/light sabering.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'grab a few pirates'. There is no one here but you people and the guard. An no one wants to train with you.
| You offer to train with some people but everyone is busy doing other stuff, so you train against the dummy. You soon learn how to hold the saber, and where on the blade to catch in coming blows. However the dummy's attacks are too predictable to train technique.. you grab more junk and fiddle with the dummy. | Now it swings it's blade around in one of two dozen available patterns, and will parry incoming attacks.
Your lightsabering skill increases. The dummy is improved. You lucky bastard.

Quote from:  teddy guards
They help this hero who helped them catch the infamous blood brothers.
| After handcuffing the brothers, guard1 leads them away whilst guard2 picks up Nirur. He brings him out of the slums and into the market. | He notices the bottles in Nirur's pockets, sighs, and throws them away.
"kelp beer" he mutters.
A medic is called over to dress Nirur's wound, and a small crowd of admirers gathers round this villain-chasing hero. | Rumours of Nirur's deeds spread, grow, exaggerate, and spawn new actions from nothing, and soon Nirur is the most feared pirate in all of the galaxy, the bane of the government, representative of the peoples, fighter of injustice, yada yada yada. (Two people in particular seem eager to leave their life on Smuggles behind to join him)

I go ask the duke for more information and resources with which to complete this task.

Incidentally, image 2: I laughed. Out loud.

It's late here.
AI:I set fire to stuff at random with the power of my mind. My sick, twisted mind.

If there is still space then sign me up
You can jump aboard in cyclops.

Since they didn't go to Cyclops can I jump aboard at Smuggles instead?

Smuggles is in the cyclops system. If the crew accepts you you can jump aboard.
What says the crew?

If you break that computer you'll have to steer manually the whole time.
But be my guest.

Piet? I have to go all the way to piet to get matches to burn down the forest here hoping that the forest fire will spread to piet killing the imps that require slaying there? Screw that.
I go visit the duke. This assignment is unclear.

Scrap that.
I apply for paladinship. I just reread the pamphlet.

Excellent. Time for the all-important first turn.

Quote from: Katsuun
If the ship has a computer, I'll start working on my skills with it, if not I just train like everyone else.
|You locate the ships navigational equipment. You think there's a computer in their somewhere, so you fiddle around with the buttons in the hope of learning something about it, but the computer activates it's IDIOT SHIELD and goes onto auto-pilot.

Quote from: Digital Hellhound
I'll attempt to enchance a weapon. If the ship doesn't have any weapons in it, I'll do exercises.
|You take a look at one of the laser cannons. It's shiny. So... very... shiny... | You shake your head and walk off, occasionally muttering 'shiny' under your breath.

Quote from: Cheeetar
I start doing some excercises to gain strength and possibly agility.
|You do some push-ups and stretches to pass the time. Your strength increases.

Quote from: Nirur Torir
If the ship has any weapons, I'll practice using them. If not, I'll study the ship's structure, in case I ever need to repair it.
|You grab the port laser cannon (the one not being admired by hellhound) and take pot shots at space junk. |You shoot the laser at what looks like a lump of rock. However when the laser strikes it sparks and fizzles, and you realise it is a wrecked space ship! You throw a grapple at it, and manage to drag it into the ships gravity field. You jump across and | pick through the rubble. Heaving aside a piece of twisted metal, you find a crate of lightsabers!
Lucky bastard. Your heavy weapons skill increases and you find 10 lightsabers.

Quote from: Org
Find/Make a lightsaber.
Well, you don't have to any more. Instead you will practice using one.
|You eagerly grab two lightsabers from the now hauled aboard crate. Then you grab some bits and pieces from the wrecked space ship and set to work.|Your hands fly, and soon you have built a glorious scrap-metal training dummy. It swings a lightsaber at you. You spend a while training against it.
Lucky bastard mark 2. Your lightsaber skill increases and you have created a mechanised training dummy which adds 1 to further basic lightsaber training. But you won't become an expert fighting against it.

Quote from: Errol
Also, I look around the ship for anything remotely interesting that isn't alcoholic.
  |You search the captains private quarters and find a book on the Cyclops neighbourhood. You would read it all but it's incredibly boring. You take it with you, mayhaps it will come in handy later on. (Like yeah. +1 to background checks)

Now the Morning Star sails into sight of Smuggles. You stare in horror. For it is not the pirate haven (with the gun fights and the excesive drinking) you had come to expect, no, it appears to be a giant teddy bear. Windows are set in it's fur, and you can see walkways circling it's bulk, with the occasional door. You see the docks, a few jetties extending from it's waist, and head in to dock. With a few bumps you dock the ship and get off. A soldier in a teddy bear uniform regards you calmly. There is a poster on a lamppost advertising 'kelp beer'.

There may be more. Start asking questions... now.

EDIT:Lightsaber: Another fine example of 21st century magitechnology developed by science fiction fans, lightsabers consist of a laser contained in a magical field, emitted from a metal handle. Deluxe editions may contain 'the force' auto-retrieval. However these do not appear to be deluxe editions.
They slice though flesh like butter, although shields and armour may be harder to slice through.

I ask the priest where I can buy some matches.

9806
Hmmn.

The elder colony, the one known as the 'queen' was unhappy. Throughout it's tunnels, ants died as it tried to understand what was going on. This would not do. It gathered a cluster of ants into a chamber, and let them think. It thought, and thought that bigger thought-clusters could tackle bigger problems. So the thought cluster grew until the queen could understand why the expanding colonies failed to survive.

>Think. Thinking not working? Think more.

I will:
Smoke some more weed(Dude, my guy totally looks stoned, know what I mean?)
Pick up an extremus pamphlet.
Find a portable fire source, like a torch or some matches.

If I am chosen to be a humble peasant I swear that I shall commit as many acts of arson as possible, murder every innocent bystander who crosses my path, and steal everything not nailed down with very strong nails of holding+5.

Question: What's the difference between the sailing methods?
Faster sailing requires someone to perform the action 'sail the ship'. If everyone spends their time dismantling the ships weapon systems (3 basic laser cannons-See infodump post. Damn stupid of me not to add them.) then it takes two turns to get to your destination. Currently it will take you one turn to get to Cyclops regardless.

Just waiting on Katsuun now.
