Throw something at them from a distance.

So I was following Obi-Wan and carrying a bow, we were hunting some guy, then we hopped across a stream, then I shot said guy in the throat with the bow, he collapsed, I went over to where some old guys were having lunch, he gave me a bunch of arrows that had missed that he collected, I thanked him, Obi-Wan and I went in a house and ate brownies.

I just realize that this has absolutely nothing to do with the original topic of the thread.
