Given that your first farm plot is listing both outdoor and indoor crops, it is effectively unusable because the game does not properly handle that sort of setup. Channel out (and then refill) all of the ceiling above it (every single tile) and then it will be properly usable for farming surface crops.

But I never did that. Is it possible, that something like that happened during world generation?

It is a bug, and hopefully will be fixed within a few weeks.  Watch this report for updates.

Everytime when I start to start a new Adventure Game, it freezes when the game trys to update the world.
