The game goes way too slow, loading-wise, not game wise, I clicked on my character about 4 minutes ago and nothing has even happened.

It's the same with a level S person, if you get your foot severed off with a trap, it's still going to hurt like a bitch. The same with an arrow shot into your eye.

Everyone should note: Mysrra do not have a very large ability to reason, especially with Goblins. Who are near their "Holy City" with weapons.
Cant a goblin hunt some deer without being harassed?

Abysia is a great country, it might be the Epic Heroes, and Worthy Heroes mod, but thwe Great Warlock is pretty much the most badass pretender you can get, especially with 4-5 in all magic paths. Also thier infantry is the best, just mass the axe heavy infantry, and noone can touch you. Who said you need ranged troops to win a battle? Just have a mage with Legion of Steel and about 50 infantry and watch them dominate.

I always play an arch mage God. Unless I feel like something different.
You'd be suprised at how powerful a Maxed Earth, Fire, and Water mage can be, especially with level 9 construction equipment.

Note: Dont play Necromancers. They're pretty much useless is you actually try to summon undead, thanks to insanity.

Either way, turn based games are the past, those are not really good for mp, especially if you dislike pbem games. I dont like to play for 3 months in the same game, but I know that theres many who do.
Doms 3. is made for PBEM fans, thus the playerbase is very limited and small. Sorta like DF with the ASCII + bad UI as it is now. However DF will have a chance to change, Doms 3. wont since everything is hardcoded of course.</STRONG>
Dont be a Negative Nancy. If you don't like it, fine, but don't try to push your opinion on others who enjoy the game.
