 I also plan to use this OOC as a hub for my horror themed RTDs, like those a Sci-fi horror anthologies, or the American Horror Story series. Currently planning out a cyborg zombie apocalypse RTD, gonna call it T-Virus.zip, and it's basically cyberpunk Resident Evil.

My biggest fear (and probably Salsacookies fear as well) and call me a wimp if you want, is racism. No one wants to appear racist in front of anyone, especially Gm's. Back when I was still running my arena RTD, I was afraid that my fake religion (which borrowed several terms and themes from christianity, as well as being the driving force behind the plot) would offend people (despite being a christian myself).

Anyway, I managed to avoid offending people but I still worry if I might not be so lucky next time.

Yes, and unfortunately, due to the current conditions within the Middle East, it might be quite a bit easier to offend others due to racism and perceived insensitivity, since my plot is essentially a Cyber-Terrorist attack, which the Middle East has been plagued with lately. I don't think that's such a big issue in Dubai, but it's still in the general area.

Rikers Island: Currently under lockdown, and alarms are blaring. The storm is begin to engulf the island, and innumerable amounts of people are banging on the gate, trying desperately to get in. The officers are attempting to calm the frantic crowd, and are stumped as to what's happening.

James Smith-Sewers: The both of you manage to sneak away without being noticed, and manage to reach your location of escape. What was your escape plan?

Asher Mcillan-NIC: You stay put in the building, and manage to clean up the spill completely. Completely spotless.

Sirus Langley-Gate: You run to the gate, and see hundreds of civilians panicking, attempting to get in. You open the door, and immediately are trampled on! (Current condition: Being Trampled.)
(Weapon: Glock 19- 14 rounds/Lethal. 0 extra 9mm rounds)

Tyler Oppen-Gate: You make your way to the gate, and you see who-knows how many civilians trying to break through the gate, and officers unsure of what to do. As you come up with a plan, the gates open, and the civilians come rushing in!
(Inventory: Miscellaneous non-lethal criminal pacifiers and restraints.)
(Weapon: Ithaca 37-Fully Loaded/Non-Lethal. extra full set of shotgun shells)

Where do you think a good location for my game would be? I'm thinking either Silicon Valley or Dubai. They're both technological centers of the world, and Dubai would be interesting to Roleplay in, but as an American, Silicon Valley in California would probably be easier to GM in, though I have little knowledge of both areas.
