Simple question about the IT_REQUIRES interaction token - if I use several of them for one interaction, for example
[IT_REQUIRES:OPPOSED_TO_LIFE]
[IT_REQUIRES:SUPERNATURAL]

Does that mean that the target creature must have EITHER of those tags or BOTH?

Do the added plant growths impact Fortress Mode gameplay? Like plant gatherers/farmers getting more products than they normally would.

Is there a way to make an Interaction be usable only once per creature, other than setting WAIT_PERIOD to a ridiculously high value?

There are a number of tricks to do this, but they depend very heavily on exactly what you are trying to do.

A resurrection spell that can be learned from a SECRET, then used only once to resurrect somebody.

A small but annoying thing I have noticed in my current fort. I failed to create a proper Temple after accepting a petition to do so, and no one cared except one dwarf. He actually isn't very stressed, but he seems to experience "dismay" every few weeks - he will cancel his current task, stop for a moment, then start another task. The thoughts and preferences screen says something like "He was dismayed after reliving  ."

This isn't game breaking or a big problem, but I think this isn't working as intended.

In my experience coins have been pretty effective. They have a small contact area so the force is concentrated. In melee I've seen them break spines and they are good for throwing too.

I don't remember the details, but Legends Viewer displays his title as "Master".  The group is described as "a collection of outcasts of goblins"

Not sure if that's what you mean, but in 43 I ran into something that I'd describe as a vampire cult. They lived in catacombs in a human town, there was one goblin vampire who had a title like leader or something and the catacombs were full of his followers (who also seemed to respawn infinitely)

I've heard that in the latest version the memory system can cause way too much stress from seeing dead body parts. Is there a modding related way to fix this? Would lowering Anger Propensity, Stress Vulnerability etc help?
