DF Gameplay Questions / Clothing Problem.

Hello. I have bunch of dwarf running naked and getting very upset about it. All clothing types, owned and not, becoming randomly dumped or forbiden. I tried to undump and unforbid all via stock screen but it becames dumped and forbidden whole time. Anyone know why and how to fix it?
