This is a masterful quality queen egg omelette. It consists of masterfully minced Queen egg, superiorly minced Queen egg, finely minced Queen egg and minced Queen egg

Maybe have this instead of straight up eggs

Which then
Larva has grown into Maggot

Maggot has grown into a Hivemind Wasp [caste]

I usually embark with 2 (5-level) miners (1 has 2 levels in mechanics), 1 dedicated mason, 1 dedicated carpenter (that starts off as a lumberjack), 1 dedicated grower, 1 cook/brewer (5 levels in each) and 1 appraiser/organiser/record-keeper (3 levels each)

Then i use therapist to assign migrants skilled, when the first wave comes I assign 1 "weak" migrant mining and I take my mechanic off mining, and then I take my dedicated carpenter off woodcutting and assign 2 migrants to woodcutting

I just give everyone except my dedicated guys architect

A friend of mine made adamantium be in the game: basically he made a weaker version of adamantine, but it was one part adamantine mixed with two parts steel. What resulted was basically a dark blue, stronger, lighter steel, less numerous than steel, more numerous than adamantine. In arena, it always lost to adamantine and the divine metals, but beat steel. I could recreate his adamantium, because he decided he didn't like it and deleted it. If anyone wants me to do so, I could.

Yeah, go ahead with the hornet swarm.

You need to update the general info weapons and pets, as these are currently missing some stuff

Also, I feel that the elves should worship them because of the whole nature thing

The giant war caterpillar should be able to lay eggs

I suppose that if you kill a dwarf with something and then apply some kind of reaction on its corpse it could work? Not sure if its possible to do reactions on your own races corpses or if some kind of information is tracked over so they still wont eat it though.
Thats possible, if your product is not the meat from the corpse, but a new custom meat. This does destroy the corpse, and leaves ghosts floating around.

wouldnt a hornet swarm technically be a vermin itself?
I wonder what happens when you give a vermin the [VERMIN_HUNTING] tag

Would be pretty cool though.

Also, a side effect on MDF dwarf fortress playing as dwarves, you can seem to buy the hornet wasps from the elves.
Arent elves meant to be civilised and not in affiliation with slavers?
What are those treehuggers up to now?

What if, Instead of having to turn mason on for everyone when you want to build a stone wall, or carpenter on for a wood wall, what if there as a building labor just for constructions. that way, you don't have a novice mason doing rock statues job while your legendary +5 is hauling stone to a wall halfway across the map into dangerous terrain.

I know it's possible to do with workshop profiles, but I really don't liike that kind of micromanagement
